I'm writing to you in response to a letter we received with the complaint ID *** In regards to the complaint, we have already submitted the refund requested by ***, and we gave her a callShe didn't answer so we left a voicemail The lack of response to *** that
prompted her complaint, is inexcusable and we take full responsibility for what happenedWe did miss submitting ***'s refund after speaking with her, and then there was a bad phone line listed on the site where ***'s voicemails ended up being lost. We also overlooked her emails. We were preparing for a business merger that occurred the week of September 5th, and with all that was going on, we neglected ***, and we regret all that was lost in this poorly-handled transaction. I'd like to give you a description of what we're doing to ensure we never have another issue get to this point, again We just had a meeting and determined that we had gaps in our ability to be responsive to our customer issues, which we are actively working to resolve First, we have three different email addresses and have found it difficult to manage the many, various messagesWe are setting up filters and forwarding to ensure the emails that really matter, are promptly replied to Second, we discovered that we had a phone line listed on the website that is not working properly. This phone line was shut down and removed from the website completely Third, our company underwent a merger in early September and we have a completely new websiteOur ability to manage orders is dramatically improved Fourth, and finally, we have assigned a point person for all customer contact, and a baplan, to ensure all customer response is timely and completeOur goal is to ensure all of our customers have a positive experience We will be in touch with *** further as we hope to resolve her complaint to the fullestWe thank the Revdex.com for its contact and customer advocacy, and we welcome any further feedback or instructions that it may provide Sincerely, *** ***
