After they finished the table, it is normal to re-level it so the balls roll evenly while playing. They leveled it after the initial work but it wasn't right and it took a few weeks to have them come back out again to re-level it a second time. After a month and a half of playing on the table, we found it still wasn't quite right, I called Mike again and he told me he would set an appointment to come out again but continued to run me around to this day. This whole event has taken place over the last four or five months and now he tells me he isn't going to come out and keep re-leveling my table every month, but it was never right in the first place. It is obvious that his tools to measure the leveling of the table haven't been right from the beginning, otherwise I wouldn't have kept complaining. One of my friends was in the billiard business for over 40 years and he says there is no excuse for the problem, if it were done right the first time it shouldn't need leveling again (a third time). The table has been sitting on a carpeted area for 16 years and is not the problem, Mike just hasn't leveled it correctly and it only takes a half hour to do it right if one has the proper tools and knowhow to do it correctly. Mike says he has been doing this for over 30 years and refuses to come out again (a 3rd time) to simply fix the problem. He hires a young man (Justin) to do the work and says he has to charge me to pay this young man, but they are both responsible for doing the job and I paid $750 to have it done correctly, but it's still not right! If he doesn't have a license for doing this kind of work, perhaps that's the problem. I would like you to file my complaint with you and I will also check with the city to see if he is licensed to even do this kind of work? There were two other problems that arose with their work but I won't even mention them at this time because I let them go. I just want my table leveled as it should be after paying $750!Thank you,Ed F
