Prescott Dirt is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt withHorrible Customer service and they are the most expensiveI called this company to order tons of 3/4" driveway rock to be delivered to our propertyNormally I would not have used this company because they are more expensive than all the other companies in town but I decided to call them because the other companies were all booked up for the week I needed the delivery forSince they would not deliver COD like I was used to dealing with I had to go and prepay up front for my order to be on the scheduleOn delivery day the driver "Jackie" called to say she was on her wayWe agreed to meet down the street at a common place since she could not find the address onlineI met the driver at the arranged location and she started following me to the propertyAfter traveling less than 1/mile she stopped and got out of her truck and refused to go any further because her truck wouldn't make it and the tires would be shreddedI told her that all the other delivery companies have made deliveries using the same route with no problems and her truck was much shorter in length so she wouldn't have any problems making the deliveryShe flat out refused and turned around and went back to the officeThe next day I went to the office to obtain a refund and was told that I would be charged a $undeliverable feeI find it unethical to charge a customer for a delivery fee that was not completed especially since it was the drivers own incompetence being the only reasonI tried to show the MGR all my receipts from the other companies that made deliveries to the same address as proof that it was a driver issue but they didn't want to hear meI will never use this company againThey could care less about customers and will charge you for service they cannot deliverBeware!

Prescott Dirt is extremely professional, efficient and friendly They always deliver great product and in a very timely manner I just ordered rock for my parents and it was to their house in less than hours Their driveway is also ridiculously hard to manage, especially with a giant truck and the driver was able to get the rock exactly where we wanted it Thank you Prescott Dirt for continuing to provide excellent hometown service

I called this company to order 10 tons of 3/4" driveway rock to be delivered to our property. Normally I would not have used this company because they are more expensive than all the other companies in town but I decided to call them because the other companies were all booked up for the week I needed the delivery for. Since they would not deliver COD like I was used to dealing with I had to go and prepay up front for my order to be on the schedule. On delivery day the driver "Jackie" called to say she was on her way. We agreed to meet down the street at a common place since she could not find the address online. Since there are not many reviews out there for Prescott Dirt I figured I would write about my experience. I purchased rip-rap and the "ultimate driveway" gravel for my driveway project. Daniel at the Prescott location was great and very knowledgeable, helping me to pick out the best materials for my project (and they happened to be cheaper choices). Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was on time and seamless. Both of the drivers (Les and Brandon) were great about placing the rock. Brandon was excellent and able to spread the truck loads of gravel, saving me hours of work.
Overall I would recommend Prescott Dirt for their great selection, great prices, and great people. You can't beat this local company for your dirt/rock needs. I will definitely be a return customer.
