Review: they installed furnace and there was a pvc pipe leaking water and Jim P[redacted] finally came after me calling for months and he did a poor job caulking over the the job that was already done, It was still leaking I had to tie a rag around it which was getting moldy. called for a couple years trying to get him back top fix it I stopped at his office and scheduled an appointment and they had wrong day when they came I wasnt home. I have an 8 years warranty I paid extra for this furnace. this was my 2nd furnace bought from prescott for my home. The puddy around the pvc pipe to outside home is crumbling poor celent job!! I had rick barkley heating and cooling come and I paid them $50.00 to replace the pvc pipe that they refused to come and fix. I should of reported this before didn't think about it till now maybe I would of had this taken care of.Desired Settlement: He can pay me my $50.00 that it cost to have that badly caulked pvc pipe replaced on my furnace. I don't wont them back ever. Lost me as a customer!!!
