I had not been to McDonalds in awhile so I go to try their new Grand Big Mac mostly because I had heard about a recent McDonalds movie. I order it without lettuce and not only do I get lettuce, there is also ketchup and mustard on my Big Mac. IT was the lunch hour and I needed to get back to work and I do not eat ketchup so I threw it away and had to instead eat whatever I had around the office. Anyway, I call them and they assure me they will replace my Big Mac and assure me they will send me a coupon or a certificate or something like this so that I can get a new Big Mac. They still did make excuses saying they are only human. I mean, why do I hear this every time I go to McDonalds? It makes me think they have never made a special order correct ever because I have zero luck, and I should not need luck, with these people whenever I order they somehow screw it up and make excuses. Every time I go I check to see if they are being sanitary in the back and at least this time it app

Maid to Order is a great asset to this community They provide a great service at a reasonable price Their help are always friendly and accomodating I frequently need to change my day, time or have to cancel and it is never a problem When I call the office April always knows who I am and is always willing to do whatever I need

We have nothing but good things to say about this group We have used other cleaning services in the past - but Maid to Order has been our "go-to" service for years They have always been accommodating to our needs & the "ladies" who have been coming to our house are efficient & very professional They do everything with a smile - even the "little extras" we may ask them to do from time to time They think of everything - even what we haven't asked for The office people are also great - if we need to make a change of some sort, it is handled within a timely manner

Maid to order is probably the most professional company I've felt with in a very long timeCertainly the most professional housekeeping company I've used in PrescottThey are punctual, neat and go about their individual duties without hesitationI am very pleased to have them in my home

call.At Prescott Maid to Order we value all our customers and strive to deliver the best cleaning our industry has to offer, that is why we provide all our customers with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. While we understand that no one cleaning is the same  and that there may be issue’s that arise, it is not within our power to rectify or resolve an issue that is not brought to our attention. At no time during the cleaning we where  notified by the customer that there was any personal phone usage being conducted, however the cleaners did call the office several times to report extra cleaning being requested by the customer that were not originally specified at the time of the estimate. At the end of the cleaning, the inspector walked through the home with the customer and the customer found that some cleaning was not up to to her standards, which the inspector cleaned right away after which the customer told the inspector that everything was good.     Later that day, the customer called into the office to go through several items that she found were again not up to her standards, claiming that the cleaners had broken her blinds and ceiling fan, which during the inspection were in working condition, but we went ahead and sent out our handyman and fixed the problem, the blinds were not broken at all  and the fan was loose from its base and had a very noticeable swing to it, which was not as it was when the inspector left, but again we fixed the problems and the customer again said she was satisfied, also this time the company owner and the inspector went out to the home that same day, in the afternoon about 5 p.m. and did a walk through at which point the customer pointed out a list of items she felt were not cleaned, so the inspector  and the  owner re-cleaned  the areas requested by the customer, however it is to be noted that every area the customer pointed out were in fact cleaned by the initial cleaners and was still clean but it was re-cleaned non-the-less because customer satisfaction is our main goal. Again by the end of the visit the customer said everything looked good.  A week later, the customer called again, this time she stated that she could not find her cosmetics bag and accused the cleaners of taking it, and then implied to the owner that she wanted a discount for her troubles. By this point, the customer had already received approximately 20 hours of cleaning at the 12 hour rate; between all the visits and repair work any additional discounts were not an option. The customer was politely told  that Prescott Maid to Order has 100% confidence in the cleaners, however, if she felt 100% sure that one of them stole from her that her next step should be to contact the authorities and we would be 100% cooperative in resolving the matter. The customer’s response was if the company did not “do something about it”, that she was going to give us a bad review. And so she did. In good conscious, Prescott Maid to Order delivered the service to the customers satisfaction and were ensured by the client upon the last visit that she was 100% satisfied.   At Prescott Maid to Order, we value all our customers, and strive for excellence but perfection is not possible although our mission is to come as close as possible. That is why we do everything in our power to provide excellent customer service, sometimes going above and beyond what our services entails. However Prescott Maid to Order will not be bullied into giving discounts to avoid a bad review it is not ethical or moral.Thank you
