Went in for cleaning but almost got hosed instead quoted me $2,600.00 for 3 appointments to get my teeth cleaned. One appointment for x-rays, and 1 for bottom teeth, and 1 for bottom teeth. Receptionist blamed this on the insurance companies which was totally false. Charged $1,000 for x-rays.
Decided to get a second opinion. Their charge for the same x-rays was $390. Cleaning was done in one appointment, also through insurance for a total of $226. Grand total 616. A far cry from 2600!

My suggestion: DO Not take your business here as they are a big rip-off.

I really liked the service from the hygenist, dentist, and endodontist from PMD They are friendly and do great work However, I had very expensive and elective dental work done from them and weeks later received a coupon for $off services over $ When I called in to see if they would reimburse me the $since my services were less than weeks ago - they said no because they don't know when those offers are going to come out and it was already performed
Really, really bad customer service

When I called in to see if they would reimburse me the $200 since my services were less than 2 weeks ago - they said no because they don't know when those offers are going to come out and it was already performed.

Really, really bad customer service.

I went into this business due to bad teeth that were in severe pain and needed to be pulled. I am normally extremely frightful of the dentist due to childhood issues. I left this business after 3 teeth pulled without stress or anxiety and am not afraid to return to this business who made me feel at ease. They accomplished what many dentists have tried to for over 30 years.
