This company is a huge rip-off, I don't know how they are still allowed to advertise. Last week they were Redline medical.com, now they are sunland medical.com. They don't sell medications, what your paying for is a CD rom about the medication you ordered. I didn't even get that. They say on their bogus web-site if the order doesn't ship they will refund your money, they won't even answer my emails anymore. They are bogus, you might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Review: I paid the company with a money order for $182.00 and have not received my order. Attempts to check on the status of my order indicate payment is unknown. I have a receipt from Western Union showing that the money order has been cashed.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or refund of $182.00 plus $15.00 that I had to send Western Union to investigate.

Review: I ordered pain medication from Redline Medical because they advertise online prescriptions for these meds. I don't have insurance and am unemployed at the moment so I needed to find a source to help with my severe pain from a recent rib injury. I rarely use pain medication, but am currently in severe pain!Redline Medical only accepts money orders for payment (I know, should have been a clue for me, but this site appeals to desperate people). I sent my money order (for $260) from Oregon to California on 12/10. On 12/15, I emailed their customer service department to check on the status of my order. I received only a generic response stating to check the website for my order status. After a couple of days, I emailed again asking about the usual timeframe for me to receive my order. They again sent me the same generic response.When I emailed back stating that I wanted a more specific answer, the reply I got from customer service was "Did you NOT read our reply?". I emailed them back stating that they didn't need to be rude to customers who were paying their salaries and that I just wanted to know the status of my order. The response that I got back from Redline was "Please note that we will afford you the same level of respect as you afford us. How would you feel if we called you a lying deadbeat strung out drug addict junkie?". I wanted to call to try to talk with a supervisor, but while their website states they have someone to help you 24/7, there is no phone number listed to contact them.It is 12/21 and have not received any shipment. When I check my order status is still says "in progress, payment status: unknown." I have done some research and have seen other complaints on open forum. An elderly women said that all she received for her $200 was a CD!Desired Settlement: I would like repayment of my $260, either by wire transfer or by money order sent to me ASAP. I also think this website scam needs to be shut down so that it can't continue to take advantage of the elderly and those without insurance.

Review: Upon visiting a website, www.marekmedical.com, you are led in every way to believe you are purchasing medication. They display many, many medications with very high prices which is in line with what you would expect. One of the may "texts" you read are like this one :

I have not received anything to date and when I contacted them, they said I was rude and threatening and I only demanded my money back. I even offered them keeping some of my $211.00 for their trouble, this was rejected too. This was done by email which I have kept all. They then wrote and said, my membership was cancelled and I would receive no refunds of any kind and not to contact them again.

They also offer a "2 for 1" card, for $52.00, that you purchase to double your order for up to one full year. Again, if I was buying a stupid CDROM, what would I order 2 of them for?

If they are selling only CD's, why then if you get different quantities, the price goes up or down accordingly.

There are thousands of words on this site, impossible to read them all. I truly feel that I was scammed to believe I was getting one thing and in fact was not.
