Dear Mr. [redacted], We have already been audited by Mr. [redacted]'s insurance regarding the prescription for [redacted] and there were no issues on how it was filled. The prescription Zegerid is not the same ratio of ingredients as the over the counter Zegerid. By law we are unable to substitute the over the counter for the prescription strength. [redacted] had a prescription for the over the counter called in by her Doctor, who she works for, on 4/13/15. It wasn't covered by her insurance and was never filled. Another prescription was called in by the same Doctor and filled on 6/10/15 for the brand name prescription strength Zegerid with a total cost of $2,281.56 that was paid to us by the insurance company just like the prescription from 9/21/15.
