Review: I ordered 3 sets of glasses thru this website once I placed my order within minutes the took payment from my credit card. The company claimed to send email once the order was shipped. Said to check junk mail as well due to their url being rejected. 2 weeks later I sent a message inquiring when to expect shipment. no reply few days later another email requesting when to expect delivery. I tried to reach them by phone but there is no contact information. tried speaking to online chat link never on line to speak to. I am discouraged and upset that they took my payment yet can not return my requests. I believe this site may be a scam. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my money back and consumers warned of this website.

Review: I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from them. They took the money and said in 2 weeks I would have glasses. I still don't have my glasses. I have emailed them and no response. They have no way to contact them on their website. I called the glasses place at the address and the guy that answered said they USED to supply glasses for the website. He gave me a direct email address. I emailed her twice and said if no response I was reporting them to the Revdex.com. I ordered the glasses on 9/*. They took my money on the *th in addition, they took an "International Transaction Fee"

When I went to see progress on the site, my order was gone. The only orders were ones I ordered before. However, I DID receive an email confirming order on 9/*.

Review: I placed order on may [redacted], 2015 It is supposed to take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Product is paid for. I have tried multiple times to contact them and they have not responded to e-mails. On line chat service is always off line. Phone number on web site ###-###-#### Is for another company called [redacted] whom have no record of my order. Order on prescritionglassesonline.net still has status of confirmed which has been that way since may [redacted] 2015. I don't know what else to do and would appreciate assistance. My prescrition for my eys have changed and I am in need of the new prescription to see better. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to have glasses delivered or money refunded.

Review: I ordered glasses a month ago (June **) from prescription glasses. The glasses still have not come in. I have checked my account online and although the glasses were marked as "shipped", I have not received them in the mail. When I went on [redacted] to complain and ask where my glasses were, I noticed that the contact information from the site has been removed and the live support is always offline (even though the site says they are online during business hours). I have ordered from the site before and had no problems, but that was in 2014. Now, there is not contact information. The phone number, fax, and address have been removed from the site so there is no way for me to get in contact with them. I put in my credit card information when I ordered the glasses so $25 was automatically removed from my account even though I have not received the product and cannot get in contact with the seller.Desired Settlement: I would really like the glasses to be delivered if Prescription Glasses is even still in business. They should also update their site with contact information or remove the site if they are no longer in business. If they cannot send the glasses I would like a refund for the money that was already taken out of my account.
