We have repeatedly apologized to this resident and work to do our best and be good neighbors. Our place of business is zoned commercial so we are allowed to work all hours of the day. We work to be respectful as possible. The reason why we don't clean our parking lot (which happens
once a year) during the day is we are running our business at that time and our employees need to park in our parking lot. During the winter months we are a snow and ice management company so in order for us to do our jobs we have to work all hours of the day in order to have our customers properties maintained and accessible for there business hours

We are a snow and ice management company so yes we do have people coming and going all hours of the day and night in order to service our customers during the winter season.? This season was longer then normal.? Again we are sorry if we have woken them up and yes we can do a better job of plowing at specific hours.? Currently we try to plow before our guys come in at night so they can park in the lot and not be on the street.? What time works best for the neighbor?? Would it be helpful if we purchased some noise cancelling headphones for the client? Not sure who the individual is they spoke that was rude in the future please tell them to talk with Ryan or Paulita (both are the owners)?
