I express my deepest apologies for any inconvenience you were caused. I took your initial...

application over the phone when you called us on Sept. 9th and explained the process thoroughly and you applied with our organization expecting to receive help with the cost of your medications. I connected you to a program for your medication on your initial call on Sept.9th and you wanted to talk to your Dr. first and confirm the strength and you then called back and added another medication. I went into detail to explain the procedure. We would be sending you the program forms to fill out, provide your verification of income and take to your physician for he/she to fill out their portion and fax to the programs. Then on Oct. 16th we received another call adding the medication for the [redacted] Connect. We sent you the program forms through the mail and email you provided just as we had the previous two medications. After receiving the program forms and taking them to your physician to sign and fax, you called us back on October 26th wanting to know the status of your application. We gave you the toll free number to the [redacted] Connect program to inquire where your application was in the process. You called back on October 27th upset because you had not received your medication yet. I asked if you had called the number I gave you previously and you said "no" so I offered to call with you, but at that time, you were upset raising your voice and hung up the phone. I called you back on the morning of October 28th to let you know I refunded your $15 fee and that our goal was still to save you money, but you proceeded to tell me I was not helping you with anything and hung up the phone again. I refunded your fee and I apologize for any inconvenience and would still be willing to provide the service of calling to check the status of your application and when you should expect your medications if you would like. Thank you for allowing us to help with your other 2 medications and I hope for success with your [redacted] medication as well.
