when he came in.  The prices were always on the pots just like in the picture.  We don’t do ads all the time because we need to budget certain times of the year for them.  I believe the flyer advertisement went out the first week of May which would make sense that the customer would think it is a different sale because we had not advertised it before then.  When the customer did come back and I was called to assist I explained that our sale price was the 50% off price.  He told me that it was false advertising and that they would not shop here again.  I tried to explain the sale, but he wasn’t going to believe me know matter what I said.  I never walked away from the customer and did not make up anything.  I hope this helps clear things up.  Please contact me if you have any further questions.Thank you,Kevin
