Preservation Square Apartments

I have spoken to Ms [redacted] regarding her recent complaint to the Revdex.com I was not aware that I had to be set up in the Revdex.com's system to be able to respond to a complaint on-line Thank you [redacted] for setting me up to do so; I became familiar with your website as a result!I have entered a work order for a maintenance technician to make the necessary repairs in her apartment and contacted our contractor to glaze the tub; the earliest the contractor can make it out for this service is Tuesday, June 21, She has also entered into a repayment agreement to pay the open balance on her accountI do not have any record of her requesting a transfer; when I asked her about this she stated that she does not want a transfer.I informed Ms [redacted] that she does not necessarily need to speak with me regarding her concerns; however, once she lets the staff person know what her call/visit is regarding someone in the office will be able to assist her.I have reiterated to my staff that professionalism is paramount and must be the only type of service delivered at Preservation Square Apartments.Lastly, safety has no address We currently contract with The City's Finest, a company that employees off-duty police officers The StLouis Housing Division Police also patrol our complex along with the 4th District police Our staff does everything possible to ensure our community is safe for residents, guests, and staff alikeRespectfully submitted, [redacted] Site Manager

The contractor is evaluating the work today. There is a small portion in the ceiling that needs to be scraped and repainted. The repair will be finished
tomorrow. I spoke with Ms*** and she is satisfied with the roofing work that has been done and has authorized the cosmetic work with the contractor to be done

The roof repair has been done but the cosmetic inside has not. I will follow up with Ms*** about the repairs for the interior

*** ***, resident at *** ** *** ***, complained to me February 22, about bugs in her apartment. The earliest my exterminator could make it to the property was the next day February 23, 2016, at which time he used chemicals to treat the apartment. She also has bed bugs
and the earliest the exterminator could perform the heat treatment to the apartment is March 16, 2016. Ms*** was informed of this information and she seemed okay. I confirmed with her that she does not have any more issues
