I would like to start by saying Nannyville LLC is not a fraudulent companyI tried several times to find care for this particular family, but to no availThe difficulties I ran into we're either
the family lives too far, nanny was not comfortable working with mother, the part-time hours, or not wanting to care for the amount of childrenI interviewed a few candidates and set up appointments for them to meet with family, but they always fell through
I did not intentionally "take" from this familyI tried on many occasions to find care
In the contract this client signed said there is no guarantee Nannyville will find care for the family and there is a non-refundable deposit of $to be paid up frontTo be fair to this family I will agree to pay back the $due to the fact I was unable to sent a nanny there way and it has been a lengthy amount of time
I do apologize for any inconvenience I've caused for not providing adequate care for the family
