Review: I applied for an apartment at The Preserves at Creekside in Roseville, CA on Friday March 27,2015. When I called to applied the leasing agent [redacted], said that she would email me the application and the site information to pay the deposit. I filled out the application but could not get an account set setup on the rent pay web site. I let [redacted] know that, she said that she would setup my account for the rent pay. That she need my checking account number and routing number. [redacted] setup the account and password at the rent pay company, I was not given the login or password to the rent pay site. On Saturday March 28,2015 [redacted] call to inform that I was not approved and that I would be get my deposit back in a couple of days. On Wednesday April 1,2015 I had still not received the deposit back into my account. I called The Preserves at Creekside and spoke with [redacted] (Asst Manager) she informed me that it take 3-7 business day to get your money back. I let her know what [redacted] had said, [redacted] said she'll call the rent pay company and find out what they could do. I received a phone call from [redacted] saying that they couldn't do anything for me and that it's not their issue. I asked to speak [redacted] said she'll call the rent pay company and find out what they could do. Then I was for a District or Regional phone number, was told that's not possible. [redacted] then said go look the company up online if you have an issue. There I found the Parent company Woodmont Real Estate Service, I call and got the phone number and email for [redacted] the Regional Area Manager. I left her 5 messages and an email, to which I never heard back from [redacted]. I have called the corporate offices again asking for this to be fix, they transferred me to the Legal Department. Who said they needed to do some research.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the application fee ($33) and the deposit ($400).
