I am rejecting this response because: your staff member and stated office manager stated more than once that while the application fee would be non refundable the "deposit" would be refundedShe stated this on different occasionsYour staff member first stated that as long as I provided in writing a reason for declining the apartment that I would be refunded the "deposit" despite what was stated on the formAdditionally, when I called after SeptTo follow up on the issue she stated that she would contact a department in California as it was a process to return my deposit and she assured me that this would go through, it just took timeI am requesting that You follow up with your staff and You refund me the deposit as it was your employee's misinformation that caused this issue.

Our records indicate that an apartment reservation was made on 8/24/15 when the non refundable fees along with the application form were submitted.
