conversation with Mr. [redacted] on 12/2/16 he voiced his concern about the dishonest fashion of our business. His initial call to our Dublin location (to cancel) was at 6:05pm (we close at 7pm) on 12/1/16. Kirstyn, being a new manager had never cancelled a wedding. She told him that she would call him back tomorrow after identifying the cancellation process. On 12/2 at 11:30 (we open at 11am) his Groomsmen called to cancel his order before she had the answer for the Groom. He additionally accused Kirstyn, the store manager of conveying fake contact information for myself. We confirmed the contact information he had to be correct, the recorded prompts were not followed correctly. During my conversation with Mr. [redacted], I did offer to special order the needed garments to match his new color (switched by the Bride and Groom after registering their wedding) at no cost. He expressed that he no longer wished to do business with us and became very confrontational, using profane language.It seems to me that Mr. [redacted] agrees that there should be a cancellation fee and understands from my both our conversation and his complaint to be $50. The contract as well as the receipts clearly state that it is $50/order. To date we have retained only $20 from his order and $50 from his groomsmen's order for a total of $70. We refunded Mr. [redacted] $33.76 for additional deposits for which the individuals had yet to be fitted for their tuxes. I have tried to work with Mr. [redacted] and earn his business. He is not interested in doing business with President Tuxedo, and that is okay. We have not acted dishonest in anyway and wish he and his fiancee all the best on their big day.
