And told the manager Jared over a month before my membership was up that I was not renewing? I am confused as to how the Revdex.com can think this is okEspecially since I had told Jared that I was not renewingIf they do not have a record of my telling Jared I was not renewing, then I cannot help thatI am not paying a whole year's dues because they had me fill out paperwork days after my membership was upThe Revdex.com needs to get this resolvedI wlll go online and post all of this and go to [redacted] I will also go to small claims court and get this resolved, If the Revdex.com allows them to get away with this, it is a black mark on the Revdex.com, Since this happened, friends have told me FX Fitness was ion the news and in the newspaper for having done this to many peopleIt needs to stop and the Revdex.com needs to put a stop to it I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, Linda [redacted]

From: [redacted] <[redacted]@gmail.com>Date: Sat, Dec 10, 2016 at 4:57 PMSubject: Complaint ID: [redacted]To: [email protected] Afternoon, FX Fitness has contacted me and we have resolved my issue.Thank you.[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I spoke with Jen [redacted] (spelling?) at the Cleveland Revdex.com on November 3, 2017 and told her that I received an email the night before from [redacted] saying that my account with FX Fitness had been cancelled and that I owed no money to FX Fitness (I was told this by Megan at [redacted] on November 2, 2017 and Megan sent me a letter by email and regular mail stating this.) Jen suggested I get it in writing from [redacted] that I owe no money to FX Fitness so I called [redacted] again on November 3, 2017 and spoke with Kathy [redacted]. Kathy [redacted] again told me my membership at FX Fitness has been cancelled and that I owe no money. Kathy [redacted] sent me tan email stating that I owe no money.I called Jen [redacted] back at [redacted] and left her a message on November 3, 2017 telling her that I got it in writing from [redacted] that I owe no money. I have attached both the email from Kathy [redacted] of [redacted] stating that I owe no money and the email from Megan at [redacted] saying that my membership is cancelled. I do not owe FX Fitness any money. This case is closed. Linda [redacted]

The company respond via phone Consumer did not cancel the membership until October 9th.  She stated to company that she was thinking of canceling her membership with them but no formal request was made until October 9, 2017.  At this time, consumer owes $155 for membership fees...

incurred from August 28 till October 9.

Revdex.com: FX FItness former manager Jared did not tell me to fill out paperwork when I told him I was not renewing. Why would I owe my whole $155 for a year's membership when they are claiming I did not notify then till 10 days after my membership expired? My membership expired August 28th and I filled out paperwork on Octobber 9th--the first day they told me to fill out paperwork . It is not my fault that Jared did not tell me to fill out paperwork when I told him I was not renewing. There is no way I can prove that--and I shouldn't have to prove that. It;'s Jared's word against mine.  $155 is a whole year's dues--12 months. Why does FX Fitness and the Revdex.com  think I should pay a whole year's dues when I filled out paperwork 10 days after my membership was up? And told the manager Jared over a month before my membership was up that I was not renewing? I am confused as to how the Revdex.com can think this is ok. Especially since I had told Jared that I was not renewing. If they do not have a record of my telling Jared I was not renewing, then I cannot help that. I am not paying a whole year's dues because they had me fill out paperwork 10 days after my membership was up. The Revdex.com needs to get this resolved. I wlll go online and post all of this and go to [redacted]. I will also go to small claims court and get this resolved, If the Revdex.com allows them to get away with this, it is a black mark on the Revdex.com, Since this happened, friends have told me FX Fitness was ion the news and in the newspaper for having done this to many people. It needs to stop and the Revdex.com needs to put a stop to it.    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
