I hired Custom Concepts Construction to install a replacement roof on my single family home (~sqfeet)They took plenty of time up front to work with me to exactly met my needs (part of the roof is low pitch and required extra protection) and I wanted to have a solar tube removed and an attic fan installedBut I never felt pressured to "upgrade" for more than I needed/wantedSupplies were delivered and neatly stacked off to the side the day before construction and the day of construction, the roof installation crew arrived exactly on timeThey worked so efficiently that they were able to replace all of the plywood on the back portion of the roof and install the new roof in just a single dayAnd before they left the completed cleaned up so that you would never know they had been there...except I now have a gorgeous new roof (with a 20yr labor warranty!) We had an unusual projectWe had an enclosed screened in porch, and an adjacent open air deck, all in woodWe realized that the Mongomery County gnats and mosquitoes left the deck unused, and wanted to screen that in, creating a single large space which looked organically the same
Since the deck and porch were 20+ years old, several contyactors told us they couldn't do it because of code changesBut CCC said "yes we can" and yes they could
They handled the project from start to finish, getting all necessary permits, getting the engineering down patWe added some new french doors and a large window, then decided to take down an interior wallThey did it all plus beautiful new siding inside the explanded porch, painted the ceiling in the area where the interior wall was down, and accomplish everything on time and at budget
They installed a new roof on the entire house at a price which beat roofing-only contractorsWhen we had some roof leaks in the new porch, they came back and got it corrected
Throughout, their workmen kept the project area clean and neat, displaying a high degree of careful professional workI highly recommend them!

The crew was excellent - they were attentive to all details of the large project scope (James Hardie siding, soffits, gutters, capping the exterior trim of all windows with James Hardie trim, and rebuilding the front porch to make it look like it was not an add on), worked hard every day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm very satisfied with the outcome - especially the transformation of our front porch into an inviting place to relax thanks to Custom Concepts.
