[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: None of the points they make are validI did not move out on 5/20? I moved out 5/14/and paid until 5/when my lease was set to expireI have the document where I point out the kitchen countertop issue and had attached it to the Revdex.com complaint, but will attach it again hereI had not painted any part of the house a different colorI have not painted periodEverything was indicated prior to move in and I will not pay this amount because it is unjust and erroneousI will be making a HUD complaint because everything in that whole complex is unfit for occupation and their unfair business practices are absolutely ridiculousFor instance they have charges for utilities per unit, but there are up to people living in the units next door - this brings up the costs for basic utilities like water, gas, waste management through the roof (especially for a single person)In addition - there was rampant mold and paint peeling off the walls (like in the bathroom picture they post) this is due to the complex's one of two laundry areas located right under my unit, with massive amounts of leaks from ceilings and washing machines overflowing with sludge that they would not clean up at all for over a year of living thereTheir rodent and vermin issues were sickening, and they cannot be allowed to make such petty requests for additional, money that is not warranted.? Regards, [redacted] ***

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: None of the points they make are valid. I did not move out on 5/20? I moved out 5/14/16 and paid until 5/19 when my lease was set to expire. I have the document where I point out the kitchen countertop issue and had attached it to the Revdex.com complaint, but will attach it again here. I had not painted any part of the house a different color. I have not painted period. Everything was indicated prior to move in and I will not pay this amount because it is unjust and erroneous. I will be making a HUD complaint because everything in that whole complex is unfit for occupation and their unfair business practices are absolutely ridiculous. For instance they have charges for utilities per unit, but there are up to 15 people living in the units next door - this brings up the costs for basic utilities like water, gas, waste management through the roof (especially for a single person). In addition - there was rampant mold and paint peeling off the walls (like in the bathroom picture they post) this is due to the complex's one of two laundry areas located right under my unit, with massive amounts of leaks from ceilings and washing machines overflowing with sludge that they would not clean up at all for over a year of living there. Their rodent and vermin issues were sickening, and they cannot be allowed to make such petty requests for additional, money that is not warranted.
