I am with PGS for last year and I am very happy with themThey are currently managing of my SFRs and they are properly taking care of the tenants and the propertiesThey are very prompt in responding issues and concerns

I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it is to work with this management company I am a renter in one of their propertiesI have ongoing issues in the property and all maintenance does is pass the buck I pay my rent EVERY month on time and care for the home as if it were my own If you have good tenants...you seriously risk losing them with the way this management company treats them!

I called on a rental property and set up a time to see the propertymin before the appointment time, Nancy Ccalled and told me she couldn't be there, and gave me the code to get into the propertyShe had no information on who I was - if I was the owner of the property I would be mortifiedShe never followed up with me afterwards I sent her a text with a question when I left the property and she did not respond for hoursShe never asked me if I was interested in the property or anythingShe then asked to call me, I waited for her call for over an hourShe called no message and was rude in her textWhen I text her hours later she responded with its rentedI called her and was treated horriblyShe even said your just [redacted] you didn't get the propertyI have NEVER been treated like this by someoneShe was rude, talked down to me and was unprofessionalI am happy this did not work out for me - after reading some of the reviews I see that this is not a desirable company to do business with, as a property owner or a tenantFind a property management company who has good reviews and lots of themNo one should be treated so poorly

They have been great! They helped me get rid of a problem tenant placed by another company They found me a great tenant and got me an even higher rent I highly recommend them! If you want a quality company that will give you the service you expect call Presidential Group!

She never asked me if I was interested in the property or anything. She then asked to call me, I waited for her call for over an hour. She called no message and was rude in her text. When I text her 24 hours later she responded with its rented. I called her and was treated horribly. She even said your just [redacted] you didn't get the property. I have NEVER been treated like this by someone. She was rude, talked down to me and was unprofessional. I am happy this did not work out for me - after reading some of the reviews I see that this is not a desirable company to do business with, as a property owner or a tenant. Find a property management company who has good reviews and lots of them. No one should be treated so poorly.

I was a tenant at one of the properties they managed and the wrongfully kept my despot. They rented out the property with rotten food holes in the walls and they also entered the property without my consent . They made up chargers that they didn't even do for me on my move in date to keep my deposit. I'm currently seeking legal support to get my deposit back. I have photos how the property how they gave it and how I left it. I would not recommend doing business with this company they do poor and fraudulent business.

My complaint is that even though the rental properties are nice and they are good at taking my rent money with no problem, they are horrible at customer service and maintenance. I have had an electrical problem for 4 months with nobody coming out to fix it even after numerous calls and emails. Now, my air conditioner is broken and after 5 calls they finally sent someone out but didn't authorize the air conditioner tech to fix it. I suppose he came out just to verify it is broken. When I asked the tech what was wrong with it, he told me company policy he can not tell me. Now we have to jump through more hoops to get authorization to order the parts and have them actually fix it. Not looking forward to how long this is going to take. Worst property management company I have ever had to deal with.
