Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] ***In response to H2o Restoration, The letter you gave the Revdex.com.was not the letter you sent to me.You keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the system, although I always tell you there is.You did not show up for a service call, that I initiated (jan 26.18)to service the failing system. You have changed your story in each reply.Initially (Corey)you said we would save a lot on salt, giving the example that your wife and and your two children hardly used any salt in the same system, how would I know this if you didnt tell me that. This amplifies that my system is not working correctly. It is not my responsibilty that you are not keeping mine up.Everytime I call in there to report a problem we get the standard response"Well you cant blame us for that".Next you said and has been verified on your site that there are no service call fees until the first year is over, you contradict on the letter you just sent me ,asking me to call to verify you are now-less than a year-that you will charge me.It is not our fault that you lie. Also I had water specialists in who checked my" filtered 'water, all saying your system is not taking care of the acid in our water.Had you professionally showed up at my scheduled (jan.26/) appt date you would have seen the water damage that has occurred .That is not my fault you did not come .You stated that we were se.nding you nasty texts, but any legal ck would show we havent.I cant help but feel you are trying to burn us because we dared to hold you accountable. In all fairness if you had any intention of maintaining this system,it would have been done by now.It wouldnt have taken writing to the Revdex.com.to get you to do your job.I will gladly provide the Revdex.com.with a copy of the letter you recently sent us.I will also provide the Revdex.com.with the electric bills to prove your system is making it over double in amount due to your failing of maintaining your system. It is really bad when your electric company calls you to say the bill has more than doubled since you installed it.You should be ashamed of your childishness,If your so honest, why did Corey lie about our combined income to the loan company in the first place

I really don’t know how to respond to so many accusations, so I’m not. The previous letters that have been posted on here, answers many questions, and explains the type of situation that this really isHowever, I do need to remind you that you and your husband filled out the information on the credit application, Mrs***, and you signed itThat’s how it worksOur business has over 2,customers in counties, we have been in business for over years, and have never been accused of anything even close to the accusations that you are claiming. We are a family business and have always been known to be very honest and respectful to our customers Once again, your system will not cost you any more money to maintain if you put it in bypass, which the letter that we mailed to you, explained very clearly. And, the letter that we gave to the Revdex.com is the exact letter that we mailed to you, Mrs***. Making accusations will not make this any easier. When you are able to pay for a service call, we will gladly be there to help with your situation

Revdex.com:
As usual,H2O restoration ASSUMES it is always the customers fault, and AS USUAL is Wrong again. It's funny that they couldnt make heads or tails out of clear pictures. It doesnt surprise me that the liable party in the wrong would say that.Had they kept their agreed upon appt,we would not be here.Your pictures(?),well lets see them. For once put your money where your crooked mouth is

Mrs. [redacted], I am so sorry that you continue to have complaints, but nothing can be fixed without a service call from our business. I have tried to explain to you my position in this matter, several times.  I've attached the letter that I mailed to you this week, right before you made this...

complaint, explaining this to you.  Maintenance is needed in order for this system to work, especially with the amount of contaminants that are in your water.  The amount of maintenance needed has been explained to you, even before the system was installed, and also a month after it was installed.  If the cost of maintaining the system is a problem, then the answer is to turn the system to bypass, until you can better afford taking care of the system you have.  The entire system is working the way that it should.  Your statement on this complaint says that there is structural damage?  This is the first time that this statement has ever been made to our company.  Every time you called our office, your complaint is that the system is costing you too much to maintain.  We need to know specifically what structural damage has been caused and pictures as soon as possible.  We can't take care of a situation if it's not brought to our attention first.  It seems very apparent to me that you are having some financial problems and wants refunded for this system to help resolve them.  Removing this system and refunding the entire purchase value at your discretion is not an option.  We will repair or replace any component if necessary.   Joe C[redacted]PresidentH2O Restoration, Inc.

I am very sorry to hear of this complaint.  Ms. [redacted] is correct is stating that she and her husband bought this system in March of 2017.  At this time, there was only she and her husband living there.  On May 2, 2017, Cory performed his call back, where he checks the system to make...

sure that it is working the way it should, and go over the warranty and any questions that the customers may have.  The notes in the customer's folder states that the customer "loves their water and it's working great."  There were a few leaks (in their toilets) that were corrected, that caused them to use more salt than they expected.  They were also explained on this visit, that because of the excessive amount of iron  in their water, that their pre-filter would have to be changed every 3 weeks.  Our prices on the pre-filter they use have been the same for 7 years, $14.75.  [redacted] now has her 2 daughters living in the house with her.  We also have explained to her, that there is more water being used with more people in the house, which will cause you to use more salt.  Salt is what is used when the system is going through the cleaning process, which only occurs when you use a certain amount of water.  That is how this kind of water system works.  These things, along with the interest rate of the financing plan that the customers chose (which is a FIXED rate of 9.9. This is in very big, bold print in the middle of the contract that both customers signed) were explained on the first visit.  We keep documentation on each visit, and also phone log notes.  On 7/18/2017, [redacted] called and made a service appointment for us to check her system.  She stated that still feels that it is using too much salt.  [redacted] scheduled an appointment for a system check, which she called and cancelled on 7/25/2017.  She did not want to reschedule the service appointment, and did not state any issues at this point. We would have been at the appointment, if she did not cancel it.  As far as free filters and salt for the entire life of the system, this is not and will never be an option, when buying a system from our company. We apologize that the customer feels this way, but the system is working the way that it should. We are a very honest company who cares about each of our customer's and their issues, especially if it's on one of our systems that we installed.  Cory plans on calling [redacted] this evening, after his appointments.  I hope that we can get this issue resolved.  Thank you.

Mrs. [redacted], I'm not sure what answers you are looking for.  I've explained to you that if you want us to take care of issues, we have to come assess the situation. Your issue since August of last year has been COST of maintaining the system.  Until only since mid January (a month ago, when lots of people had frozen pipes??) have you said anything about a leak or water damage, and never on the phone to us, only on the Revdex.com webpage. We also have pictures of your old system before we installed your new one, including the floor where it sat.  If there is new damage, we would  be able to tell. (The pictures shown are hard to make out what we are seeing)  We've had water damage in our customer's homes before, so we know how to handle it, if it's our fault.  If you want things handled properly, this is not the way to do it. "Passing notes" back and forth on this website is not solving your problem.  IF you want something done, call us. Again, it can be handled.
