Dear Conciliation Department, First I want to say that I don't understand the first part about having already filed a complaintHe hasn't ever had a conversation with our manger and this is the first letter I have received from Revdex.comI have looked up Mr*** in our data baseIt was a *** *** not *** who purchased a size child's boot for $plus taxThe boot he purchased was the lowest price boot we carried at the time for childrenHe stated that he came in and was told that he had to return them to the manufacturer-when in fact he never talked with our managerThe boot in question was worn out on the toes after months wearThat is common and happens frequently with childrenThey spend a great deal of time on their knees which in turn is bad for the boot toesThe boot he purchased was not a leather boot (price is first clue) and he complained that they didn't hold up wellI have seen leather boots that have been worn through buy children in a very short period of timeWith all of that said, we never saw the boots to give a opinionAlso, why has it taken a year for them to respond? Did they send them to the manufacturer for an opinion? If so, what was the out come from that? At this point I can only say that the customer got what they paid forI truly believe that an active year old can wear out a pair of boots in monthsSincerely, *** ***
