Pressed Flat Iron

Hi, I ordered a flat Iron I seen advertised on facebook. I was dumb and didn't realize it was too good to be true but I just thought it would be a cheap product from China. But no it's a complete scam 2 weeks ago I placed the order I never got anything saying it shipped out like they said they would so I started to email them no one would email be back and then today I threatened to turn them in as a scam well I just went on their website to get information for this complaint and they took it down now it is saying opening soon my mouth dropped to the floor I couldn't believe it that I fell for this scam. I wanted to do something nice for my neighbor and get her a flat iron because she's been complaining about wanting to do something with her so wanted to help her feel beautiful I thought I would just be getting a cheaper product not completely ripped off. I hope these people pay for what they are doing to people$
