Hello,Even though a video was not shown to the customer she was made aware of the status of the ducts before and afterThe customer was behind our technician the whole time and saw the whole process while it happenedNo drop sheets were use since there was no areas that needed coverThe hoses were brought down to the basement through a basement window and the baseman was not finishThis is a standard procedure that is use when possible in order to avoid damages to the house.I said over the phone that the cleaning would take around hoursI do this to make sure that the customer allows enough time for our technicians to be in their homeThe cleaning took an hour and minutes due to the small size of the house. The Kitchen vent was not removed but It was closed and blown with pressurized airThis vent was in an awkward position and by removing it we ran the risk of not being able to put it back properly. The two access holes that were created were for our 8” vacuum hoseWith out these wholes the cleaning cannot be properly completeThe client was not informed of the additional cost over the phone because this was not the first time her furnace was being cleaned and we assumed that the access holes would be thereThe smaller wholes were created were to blow all of the dust from the main furnace line into our vacuumAll of the wholes were properly covered at the end of the cleaningAgain, this step is standard procedureThe client called me after the cleaning was done but it was to complain about the fact that a cover was missing from one of her basement ventsIn regards to the missing cover, there was never a cover on the basement ventsAs previously stated, the basement was unfinished therefore no vents in the basement had covers. The client also sign the receipt upon completion stating everything was okay And also the furnace cleaning process was done and she knows that, again she and her husband were behind our technicians all the time.Cordially, [redacted] OwnerAIRES FURNACE AND DUCT CLEANING
