Ordered a coat but what I received is not like the picture. Hideous.
I ordered a winter coat. When I received it I noticed it was nothing like what I ordered. Across the front and back of coat was wording. I attempted to contact the company via there website and phone for three months with absolutely no response. This company is a fraud.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I want to return item to Prestarrs so I want a shipping label.

We ordered a dress from Prestarrs on February 14, 2020. As of this date, we have not received it. Order was charged to and paid by my credit card.
Item is a round neck fake two-piece printed skater dress, color Lake blue, size medium. Price is $24.10 plus $4.33 shipping, minus a discount of $1.21. Total paid is $ 27.02

The website repeatedly tells me the order is being processed.
It has now been 6 months since the order was placed and nothing has been received.

Refund of the money and cancel order..

The company sent the merchandise after I contacted Revdex.com. So therefore the investigation can cease. Thanks so much for quick response

Not only did the website not compensate me back for returning the items, they actively ignored my emails, calls, and pleas for my refund. I was even told I had to pay to ship it back as well. The return policy only allowed up to 30 days and they actively stalled for two months and have not given me my money back. I have all the receipts and emails to prove it.

Refund If I were able to get my money back for the online order and for shipping the items back, that would make me very happy.

Prestarrs has not refunded me. They are refusing to offer me 100% refund on the grounds that I did not contact them before sending the goods back and sent them to the wrong address. In fact I did contact them asking for a return address, then indicating that I had found the address (and giving it in the email) ? Prestarrs responded to my emails three times between Aug 15 - 22, without indicating that the address I had given was the wrong address. On Aug 22, after they asked for the tracking receipt, I sent the parcel. It was delivered and signed for on Aug 18. Only on Sept 11, did Prestarrs raise the issue of a wrong address.

They keep saying they will refund 50%, but even that has not been done.

Sequence
July 17. Ordered 3 dresses at ***. Order
Paid $86.99 by credit card

Aug 15. Emailed Prestarrs as per their website instructions of return for refund within 30 days, in original packaging, not used or damaged. Explained that products were too small and not cotton. Asked for a return address and refund.

Aug 16. Prestarrs asked for the SKU #s.

Aug 16. Sent the SKU #s, explained I had found the address from the shipping label and therefore would send the goods back to them at D

Aug 17. Prestarrs asked for photographs of the items and reason for return (which were already in my Aug 15 email)

Aug 20. I explained again that the items were unused, in the original packaging, ready to send to the address above, forwarding also the email thread so far.

Aug 22 (02.55 am EST) . Prestarrs asked for a picture of the receipt and tracking # for the return

Aug 22 (10.17 am EST) Parcel sent via USPS
11.49 am EST. Sent the receipt of the parcel with tracking number to Prestarrs.

Aug 23 Aug . Prestarrs stated 'we will process your refund request once the returning parcel was delivered'

Aug 26. Parcel delivered and signed for (USPS tracking service).

Aug 30. Emailed Prestarrs that the delivery had been completed

Sept 2. Prestarrs stated the parcel was still in transit.

Sept 2. Resent the USPS verification proof. Asked for my refund.

Sept 4 Prestarrs asked again for a picture of the receipt with the tracking # (sent already Aug 22)

Sept 7. Sent the requested receipt again, the tracking verification again, and photo of parcel.

Sept 9. Prestarrs asked again for the SKU #s (sent to them Aug 16 and Aug 20)

Sept 10. Resent the SKU, and re-forwarded the full email thread.

Sept 11. Prestarrs stated I sent the parcel to the wrong address and offered 50% refund.

Sept 11. Responded that I expected the full refund as promised, as Prestarrs had known since Aug 16, the address I was sending the parcel to, but despite two emails to me before the parcel was sent, had not indicated that the parcel was to be sent to a different address. Furthermore, as the parcel had been received and signed for at their premises.

Sept 12. Prestarrs wrote that 'you returned the Item without asking for our Returning Address, We have mentioned the detail in our return policy, the buyer need to contact us before you want to return your order'

Sept 15. I pointed out that I had contacted them before returning, and had asked for a return address, and multiple times had indicated I would return the goods to the address. And that Prestarrs had responded to me several times, without indicating any other address.

Sept 16. Prestarrs responded again only offering 50% refund

Sept 18. I protested again as per Sept 15

Sept 19. Prestarrs stated 'We can only process you a refund of 50%. I am very sorry for this matter so I advice next time you contact us first'

Sept 19. I responded again as per Sept 15 and asked to contact the Dispute Resolution Center ? as per their website " In any case you are not satisfied with our customer support's response, you can file a dispute by going to our Resolution Center"

Sept 20. Prestarrs asked for the SKU #s again (ignoring request to contact their Dispute Resolution Center)

Nov 26. I resent the SKU #s, plus all the other information for which I had been asked multiple times.
Dec 16. I asked why I had no response to my email of Nov 26, nor had any refund been processed.

Dec 19. Prestarrs said again they would refund 50% but has still not refunded anything.

I can forward all the emails, if that helps.
