Initially, I thought this was a really great companyThe people seemed very nice and personableI just moved into a new home that already had their system in it so I called to have it activatedOnce they came in to activate my system, they never went over any details with meThey didn't tell me which doors and windows were covered or not covered, I didn't get a password (in case I set my alarm off if they were to call and ask for a password so they wouldn't dispatch the police, I couldn't give them one because no one ever gave me one), and they didn't ask which numbers I wanted them to call when they do call me about my alarm being set off (they just assumed that they number that popped up on their caller i.dwas the one I wanted them to use)The way they handled me was very unprofessionalImmediately, I began to think I had made a completely wrong decisionI began to call and voice my concerns with the staff, they were now very RUDE and short with meThey kept cutting me off as I was talking without listening to my concernsI kept calling asking to speak with the owner because he left me a message asking to speak with me and I was unable to reach him for THREE WEEKS! When he did finally reach out to me, he apologized and did at least try to work it out with meThey came out and checked my system to find out it had gone bad and I would need another one, and the technician told me someone would call to confirm my appointmentNO ONE EVER DID, so I took my butt to work! When I called to see if anyone was supposed to be coming she insisted that he CONFIRMED while he was at my place when I kept telling her that he did not confirm, he told me someone would call to confirmBut she insisted, I was wrong and she was right! (Unacceptable customer service!) I am a fully competent person, and I understand English very well, plus I was there and she wasn'tI have been MORE than patient with this company, and as God is my witness, I am not a patient person at all!!!! But this has pretty much pulled the last string for me
