Armstrong apologizes for the inconvenience that [redacted] is experiencing with this DSL internet speed.? Armstrong sent a technician to the residence on April 18th to troubleshoot the issue and found no malfunction with the equipment.? The unsatisfactory speeds are a result of the DSL service in that area and, unfortunately, Armstrong is unable to increase the speeds at the current time.?
