This experience was a VERY bad one from the startI got my car towed here because the tow truck driver "recommended" itMy Mercedes Cwas sitting there for a few days before I got an estimate and a checkThe owner Fred told me to bring in the check as soon as possible and that it was ok for me not to have my estimate handyHe recieved a $13,+ check from me issued by my insurance company in January He had no problem holding my check before getting the estimate from my insurance company because I had lost my copyThis is where I messed upHe had already gotten paid before 1, the work was finished 2, he even got an estimateFor this reason I did not receive my car back until June Yes, he had gotten paid in January and didn't have my car for me until JuneI was calling him often and since February he was promising my car would be ready in weeksAt the end of the two weeks starting in February I would call and he would extend it to another weeksHe even told me that my insurance company should of totaled my car that's why it was taking so longSo why did he accept the job when he believed it should be totaled? I came without prior notice in April and saw my car just parked and not being worked on at allAt this time I checked on a very sentimental gold necklace I had left in a hidden place and it was still intactTherefore I left it there because I felt it was safer there then to remove it and loose it during transportThe owner Fred was very rudeHe had went off on me before and told me I don't know what I'm talking about, that the Revdex.com has nothing to do with filing a complaint then hung up on my faceWhen I finally got my car my necklace was missing, he called me stupid for leaving something like that in the car while I was sobbing over the sentimental attachment to that necklaceHe also returned my car, after having it for months in very bad conditionthe engine sounded very bad! Before the accident it was a hum he returned it sounding like a big righe did not even fix my head board air bag deployment he returned my car with that still not intactmy air conditioning was not working and my left head lamp was not fixed eitherBeing that I drive a Mercedes the head lamp message was alerting me every time I turned on my carHe was so hard to deal with and the car was so low grade and he took so long the first time that I didn't even want to ever deal with him againHe did give me a discount for taking so long with it but I hated my car so much that I went and traded it in for a new carThis whole experience was awfulI was still paying a car note of $for months when I did not even have my car to driveI don't know if he was taking advantage of me because I'm a young female but I felt like he had no respect for me in any type of way

My 2012 Mercedes C250 was sitting there for a few days before I got an estimate and a check. The owner Fred told me to bring in the check as soon as possible and that it was ok for me not to have my estimate handy. He recieved a $13,000.00 + check from me issued by my insurance company in January 2015. He had no problem holding my check before getting the estimate from my insurance company because I had lost my copy. This is where I messed up. Yes, he had gotten paid in January and didn't have my car for me until June. I was calling him often and since February 2015 he was promising my car would be ready in 2 weeks.
