report etcHe concluded the car was in excellent condition and gave her the go ahead to purchaseNoted, I have no connections to her mechanic in any wayShe comes back to purchase the vehicle, everything was perfectly fineI didn't hear from Ms*** for about weeks, but when she contacted me, I had a diagnostic done from my trusted mechanicindeed there was a problem with the liftersThis is a used vehicle bought at the dealers auction, sometimes cars run fine for a while and then here comes a problemto my knowledge, her mechanics knowledge and my mechanics knowledge, the car was intactNoted a few of my salesman noted how fast she drove the carrather or not it was something she created, or something both mechanics missed, I agreed to % fix the car parts and laboreven though the car was bought "As is" just to maintain my good business nameday of learning the deficiency, I purchased a new engine, there was a wait time to be deliveredand a half week later, engine still not deliveredevery step of the way I communicated with ms tap dailyI even offered a car to drive for the time being and uber expensePrior to fixing the car we came to an agreement to fix the car or get money back, she elected to get it fixedafter engine and parts already purchased, later her father begins to call and threaten my business as if I have not showed complianceAt all hours of the day I accepted his phone calls even though he had nothing to do with the sale, was not present pre inspection of the unit or anythingHe called to basically yell everyday, and accuse me of selling bad unitsNow I have an A+ rating with Revdex.comand I have perfect reviews on all major auto sales media site. At this point my mechanic had been paid, and she had a few cars in front of her before they can begin labor on her carShe was notified of it allAgain as an act of good heart, I paid another mechanic an additional $more to expedite the process to have her car returned fasterMs Tapp gets her car, drives itcommunicates to me, car is in very good shape, referenced feels like night and dayHer father calls me to thank me also stating he and she will be purchasing their next vehicle from meThen he requests $due to Ms.Tapp getting to and from work and to pay for her insurance, as if I hadn't just spent $on repairsI declined to pay him $because I felt as if I am being taken advantage ofNext thing I know, I receive complaints from Txdmv and him threatening to sue all over an agreement that I kept my word on.*** ***Site ManagerLot OwnerCorinthians 9-
