I bought a vehicle through this dealership a couple months backI was told one thing about what my interest rate and warranty would be along with the price being around grand and my overall total turned out to be around grand with a 30% interest rate which they told me it would only be 16%I place a deposit down on the vehicle and the next day the owner is telling me someone else wanted the car and asked me to rescind my offer saying someone had in cash ready to buy vehicle, at which time I told them I wouldn'tSO right around when it gets time for the contract, I had to get to work and thought that they were kind of honest and straight up with me before, so I didn't really take the time to look over contract like I should of before signing off, BIG MISTAKE! These people got both my name and the co signers name wrong on the application contract and none of what they told me was included in the contract, when I went home and read the contract later after work, I realized that a lot of the information was wrong, so I had to go back and refile all information at dealershipThey didn't honor a percent cost off all in dealership repairs that I was told prior to signing off on contract, they lied about the warranty I would get, saying I would have the best and only gave me a parts covered but not repairs level warranty, the mileage warranty wasn't what they said it would be and they marked me down for mileage that they used at dealershipBe careful buying through this place as I had a sensor issue right away and they don't give full reports on their vehiclesThe dealer told me the vehicle wasn't in any accidents when it had dents and the right side front bumper was downI later find out from one of the porters that the owner used this vehicle for personal useThe tires on the vehicle for the price I paid were warn down, and they told me I shouldn't get new tires put on right away because the tires on were good enoughSO I finally decide to get new tires and I find out that this car had a right side inner and outer tie rod problem, a headlight was badAll together the issues I had were: tie rod issues (dollar repair), stirring wheel angle sensor problem (dollar included labor repair not covered because of the warranty they gave me), and minor issues like right side of car squeaky door and the headlight along with back break led paneling being put on wrong, all in a matter of only having the car for a couple monthsMy final repair cost would of been at *** with the angle sensor repair but I couldn't afford to get that yet or the panel placed on right, so it ended up being around total.They didn't bother to get all the hair out of vehicle after I purchased when detailingThey had the back break led panel off at the time I purchased and I told them if I was paying top dollar, I wanted the bumper placed on like it should be along with the back led light panel on as wellSo they did both, but later on at ***, I find out that how they glued the top back led cover panel on wasn't right and what they did allowed glue to leak into the inner wiring causing a short in the electrical panel, so now I need a new back top led light panelThey glued it on and just put tape that you weren't suppose to use to cover up their mistakes and now all the glue has to be removed from top of vehicle along with the whole top panel replacedOh and by the way, a couple weeks after purchasing the car, I spotted the stirring wheel angle problem and they told me to bring the car in, at which time they ran a diagnostic and weren't able to get code out of system because engine has to be running for the problem to show in system and they didn't have the machines to do itThey will waste your time and have really bad communication among their staff, which I think they do purposelySO there was nothing they could do they said unless I got the code out from somewhere elseA couple days later I get a call, this time from the owner of the dealership telling me they had the sensor and they were willing to put it on for me, that I should bring my vehicle up to themSO I did at which time, my vehicle ended up sitting up at the dealership for days at the front of the lot with a balloon on it with no one informing me there was nothing they could do to it again and just for them to tell me the same story they did the first time about getting code out of system before they can do any repairsThey told me to get the code and bring it back and they would fix it free of cost, which I am now skeptical about considering that it's not covered under the warranty they gave me and they did not include any note writing in the contract of percent off repairs being covered or any repairs being coveredThe both times I went to this dealership they gave me rentals, the cars they gave me had issues, telling me all I need to know about the way they do businessBe careful buying from this placeThey are not honest and they will not do repairs right no matter how friendly they might come off asI will not be going back for any future free of cost repairs as I am skeptical about the way they do business

ONE OF THE MANAGERS NAMED FAITH IS VERY IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARGUES WITH CUSTOMERSSHE BLAMES THE CUSTOMERS FOR THE PROBLEMS THEY EXPERIENCE WITH THE CARS! SHE CLAIMS THAT CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT THEY SELL CUSTOMERS CARS "AS IS", THEY ARE "NOT" OBLIGATED TO HELP WITH PROBLEMS CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE! MOST CUSTOMERS THAT BUY CARS FROM THIS LOT ARE SOLD BAD CARS AND LOSE OUT ON MONEY!!! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM PRESTIGE AUTO IN CHICAGO HEIGHTS, ILAND DO NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!!

Review: I've already went to the Generals Attornys Office. I have some letters I need to mail to your office, conserning my case. In short term, Prestige sold me two fake warrenties.[redacted] found out about the fraud. Did a buy back. [redacted] returned my money, but Prestige refuses to return the down payment of the truck that was returned to them. AND tryied frauding my good credit to the Attornys OfficeDesired Settlement: I would like the 1800 we put down from Prestige

Review: I BROUGHT A VEHICLE THROUGH THESES PEOPLE .The loan was a difference amount then was stated in contract. The car was taken away for non payment because they would not fix so I did not pay .I wanted car back so he told me if I paid him 400.00 he could get car back and go through another loan company the first loan company was [redacted] . The other loan company was [redacted].I never recieved the car the car was still in the repo storage and then he told me it was sold in auction. The people with [redacted] are still calling me about car and payments when I never recieved the car back , so this is on my credit. the company [redacted] sent me a letter stating the I dont have a loan with them it was sold back to the dealer.I have that proof. Now they are saying I am responsable for both Loans. they keep calling also said his check balanced for him doing a buy back they have sent me a letter for check that he wrote for 390$ that check is his ,I never ever wrote a check for [redacted]. This place is a scam I am so sick of them calling me for payments when I dont even have vehicle. I believe this man needs to be investigated to the fullest. please if u could help me.There number is ###-###-#### and [redacted] is ###-###-#### and [redacted] is ###-###-####Desired Settlement: To take my name off this loan and stop calling me for payments the loan has been sold back to dealer. And would like my refund something in writing saying I do not have this car and for them to be investigated. This is causing me so much stress.
