Appreciate the Customers Complaint, that always helps to improve service, thank you againLot of times when vehicle being sold wholesale, at the bottom line price, that means vehicle is sold as-is, its absolute buyers responsibility, there are no room for discounts or any extra, vehicles are being sold at bottom line price, thousands less than at the retail lot, but not everybody understand or appreciate thatLot of people are to fast to judge or try to even more lower the price of the car in any way possibleWe are very sorry if we didn't meet your expectations, but we try really hard and that's not easy

Vehicle was financed through financial institutionVehicle got repoed twice from the customer by financial institutionDealership has nothing to do with customer and finance company relationCustomer has a loan with finance companyIt's unfortunate vehicle was repoed, but any questions regarding this matter has to be addressed to finance company not the dealership, tried to explain that to the customer also, come to find out we not the only ones being threatened and harassed by a customerAbsolutely have nothing to do with customer failing to pay monthly installments to finance company or failing to have full coverage insurance on the vehicle or any related issues to this vehicle and customer relation with finance companyThank you

If there were any concerns with the vehicle, it definitely would have been brought to our attention sooner than months after purchase. The items mentioned were not overlooked as we do a full safety and mechanical inspection. We also have an independent repair facility that does a
second inspection as well as repairs and detailing We did offer to help the customer by doing the work at a discounted labor rate and parts at cost at an independent repair facility (TML Auto Repair, Appleton) which the customer declined. We do have extended service contracts available, which one was not purchased on this particular vehicle. The manufacturer warranty would have been expired in or 36,miles. On a vehicle that is eight years old and has 145,miles, there is no manufacturer warranty and there was no warranty expressed or implied by the dealership. Maintenance on a vehicle is the responsibility of the owner. Make it a great day! Thanks, *** and ***Prestige Auto Sales Inc.NHighway 57Brillion, WI 54110 Just East of Appleton on the corner of Highway and Highway 57.www.prestigeauto.com920-731-

Review: I Have bought a 2007 Chevy Suburban in November 2014 now it's July of 2015 and have issues with our vehicle. I have two different opinions on the repairs that are needed on the vehicle both mechanics have found the same problems one of the opinions is from a Chevy Dealer. I had my first problem with the vehicle when the tire pressure monitor system kept coming on while driving when I had it checked out by the Chevy dealer the code was in the system for awhile and was cleared but it was in the winter time and the tire monitor system is known to turn on in the winter time and was told by the Chevy dealer to keep an eye on it if it keeps coming on then return and they would check it out. Now it's in the eighties and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on when I bought the vehicle the air conditioner wouldn't turn on if it's below forty degrees which it was when I bought the vehicle in the winter. I had the vehicle looked over because the breaks squeak and a clunky noise while braking along with shocks leaking stabilizer bar, sway bar and torsion bar needing to be replaced in which these items mentioned were over looked when placed for sale on the lot other items mentioned are wheel bearings oil pan gasket and something I haven't discovered until now is a cracked dash board. I have contacted Presstige Auto in Brillion WI over the repairs needed and [redacted] suggested to get a second opinion and I did in which both mechanics one being a Chevy dealer said the air conditioner ,shocks, stabilizer bar ,sway bar torsion bar and tire pressure sensor were over looked. I have contacted [redacted] again and explained both statements .I was hoping [redacted] would agree to repair the Iteams over looked but instead was told I can bring it back to his mechanics the same ones that over looked the repairs and pay at a discounted price. To pay the repairs myself is anywhere from 1,800.00 to 2,500.00 I was hoping [redacted] would repair at least the Iteams over looked but obviously he isn't.Desired Settlement: To repair the air conditioner shocks stabilizer sway torsion bar and tire pressure sensor system at no cost.

Review: After contacting the auto dealer on a 2004 Mach 1 mustang that they had for sale to let them know that we were coming to look at the car to make a trade & also letting them know what we had for a trade which a Jason said they would be interested in looking at,When we arrived we went in to talk to a salesmen so that we could look at the car up close, hear it run & possibly if we were interested take it for a ride, The salesman started the car, would NOT let us anywhere near the keys,he started it right away there was clearly a lifter knock coming from the engine, and a major exhaust leak, As we continued to talk to the salesmen he got this HORRIBLE attitude, We asked what some of the modifications where that we found on the inside& he had no idea what or why they were there, He also stated in a very rude way that this was a very rare wanted car& someone out of state will buy it We asked about the history on the car, he said it was a one owner car and never driven in the winter& always stored inside, at which point my husband & I seen salt under the hood, a faded shaker hood & leaves/dirt in places that shouldn't have been if in fact stored inside, We went inside while the salesman got a trade price, He would NOT hear of any deal on the car they had, totally cut us off & was VERY RUDE after the door closed behind us as we were leaving he shouted out the door in front of other customers " IF WE WANTED A 200S OUR LOT WOULD BE FILLED WITH THEM",As we were leaving the lot my hubby rolled down his window & tried to talk to the salesman again, he said they sell a lot of trucks and cars, the owner goes all over the US to buy, again he was very short & very rude, what they didn't know is it was our 2nd time there to look at a car, 1st time was last summer & all the cars and trucks that were there last summer are still there plus more. At NO point did the salesmen offer us to test drive it & was very protective of the car. A very rude shady place. At no point were we rude back to the salesmen in anyway.Desired Settlement: Some one needs to investigate and audit this business something is very shady here taking place and going on.

The car referenced is a 53,000 mile car that was on a new Ford dealerships front row (Broadway Ford in Green Bay) After purchasing it, we did also performed a full safety and mechanical inspection prior to offering it for sale. There are zero mechanical issues with the car.
