Hello, this is not how things happened and they are full of lies to look good. We attempted to deliver this vehicle 2 times out of those 2 times both of them the customer refused delivery, not was he rude the whole process of it he called me and straight up lied. He spoke with my driver who told him I’m at my yard trying to get your car from the front of my trailer (9car) to the back. His car does NOT RUN OR DRIVE and it has NO brakes so my driver told him once I get it off to the back I’ll head out to you. And that it should take him around a hour to do all of that. . He told him okay and 2 mins later he calls me and saids “your driver stole my car and is holding it hostage” please understand we have been hauling 15 years and we never ever “stole” a car. And I told him I was just speaking with the driver because he’s actually my husband and I also know he’s actually working trying to get you your car at witch he had nothing else to say for that. He then started saying “I’m going to get refunded everything and you guys won’t get a dime, I’ll make sure of it.”.. what for? Because my driver was trying to get it to him? He refused delivery on Thursday because it was to “late” for him but he went on saying he is disabled so my driver felt bad for him and said well if your okay waiting till Sunday then I can deliver then because I am going to Seattle tonight and will be back Friday evening. Saturday’s our business never works due to religion. Anyways he knew he was going to get his vehicle on Sunday but that’s when he went full blown liar and telling us we stole that car.

I contacted the broker. At witch he told us we should get deported even though we have been here our whole lives and are US citizens. He then called me a ugly B and W and also told us he will hold our funds. He then pretended to be a police officer giving out a actual police officers credentials.. when I called in and spoke with that officer that officer told me he has never tried to reach out to me and that he even closed out the whole report these so called “professionals” made. When he noticed that he is getting shut down everywhere he went stalking my Instagram page. I have over 430 photos he went to almost all the way to the end and found a picture of my car and zoomed in my license plate and started threatening me and my family to the point where I had to put my account to private... That’s why they took this here because there trying to get something but everywhere they get shut down.

Other lie is that this car is worth 6K and that’s the max they will ever get for it if anything did happen in route so saying it’s 20k and the actual cost is a significantly big difference... so lies on lies on lies on lies. Full of lies

That’s exactly what I thought. Don’t worry I forwarded everything to my Incurance as well and they said they will never ever ever pay the amount you want for it. They said max if they would ever pay is the amount customer paid. Witch lik I remember is 6K. Anyways you got shut down everywhere and I’m done arguing with you now. You threatened me and you threatened my family and you posed as a officer witch is very illegal. You stalked us some creepy person you are.

Your vehicle is in storage. Not sure the fees on it already it has been since Wednesday January 2nd. Your client refused delivery not once but twice. We don’t have the time to sit and re deliver it to please him. I’ve never had such a hard client in my life and because of his so called disability we tried to be nice to him and plan under him but it back fired anyways. Have a great day
