Below is the email that I sent to JunkACar.Com re: their contracting a pickup through Prestige:

HelloOn Friday, January 16, I called your office and was given a quoteIt was stated that Prestige Auto Towing of Miami would contact me to arrange pickup of the vehicleThey called and I requested same-day pickup
The dispatcher informed me he would call me back in minutesHe never did and after an hour I called backHe told me they couldn't pick up until Monday, days later and I agreed for an 8AM pickupHe said they could do it at 7:to 7:and I agreed
No driver ever showed up on MondayI called at 8:AM and got a dispatcher who told me they "lines switch at 9AM" and he said he would contact the other dispatcher and call me backNo one ever called
I called after another hour and was hung up on after I gave my nameI called repeatedly, as we were leaving town that day and needed the car picked up, and no one would answer the phoneI STRONGLY advise you to stop contracting your work to Prestige

They are the best.
We have them for our building home owners association & are very happy with their service
Especially the. Gentleman that covers night shift.
Hes extremely efficient & professional.
I definitely would recommend them.
