I spoke with Prestige Auto owner Raffi. He had several recollections of what transpired, including that when I came in the shocks were protruding through the carpet, this was never the case. He said I should have brought the car to him to be repairs, but I had the car towed on a flatbed 80 miles from NY - that was not possible. He said I should come in and he could show me what he repaired but I've have the work redone. He insists that he did a good job but you can see from the [redacted] invoice that the work he did had to be repaired.I paid AUTO PRESTIGE $1405 for work that was redone by [redacted]; and [redacted] $1405 including replacing the carpet.I have paid twice for the shocks and once for the carpet repair. I am overcharged $1405 by [redacted]. I appreciate your help with this.Thank you.[redacted]

Review: This letter pertains to the dispute about the transaction dated 03/**/2015 in the amountof $2593.62 made at PRESTIGE AUTO CENTER NEW YORK NY.On 03/**/2015, I collected my car from Prestige Auto. I brought it in because the service engine light and the brake light were illuminated. Raffi, the owner, informed me that the brakes and suspension needed to be replaced at an approximate cost of $2,500.When I took possession of the car, the SERVICE ENGINE light was still illuminated and it sounded like tools had been left in the trunk of the car. I returned the car to Prestige Auto at the next opportunity . I was told that the weld on the suspension had broken and they would fix it.When I collected the car two weeks later the service engine light was still illuminated, but the metal clanking sound in the trunk had stopped. When I next went to use the trunk, there was hole in the carpet on the left, and plastic cover was lying in the trunk. When I arrived at my destination for the weekend, 78 miles out of town, there was again clinking of metal in the car rear, and a rod had punctured the carpet on the right.I had my car repaired at [redacted] the nearest BMW mechanic. These were the necessary repairs that I paid Prestige Auto for; that they did not complete; plus the carpet had to be replaced on both sides.I cancelled the charge because it is clear to me that the work I require is not within the skill-set of Prestige Auto. My life, and the lives of my two young girls was put at risk.I am not willing to pay the charge. I spoke with an associate at [redacted] who told me that I hadnt signed a form? No one sent it to me. And that I was supposed to get alternate quotes (?) The car had to be towed; I am in NY; the car was in Hellertown. How could I possibly have done that or known that that was an issue. I was unable to resolve the matter with [redacted] Card, I called Prestige and left a message, no reply.I am looking for a full refund from Prestige Auto for $2,569 for the repairs,I paid for twiDesired Settlement: Refund for the car repairs I paid for, that needed to be repaired again. Refund of $2,569.
