Have had termite bond since building this house in 2001, bond is still currentWant them to honor bond & repair damage
12-27-2015, blowing rain was coming in upstairs door from outside deck & leaking through ceiling on 1st floor Further inspection revealed that termite damage in & around that door, requiring replacement of door & frame, some flooring & tilesOn 1-6-*** ***, Home Pest Control, responded to our phone calls; indicated he would come out inspect damage & pay for repairs, if it was termite damage1-7-2016, he sent men out to pick up termite damaged wood; they determined the damage was caused by termites; said they would treat for termites & settle up with us February 4, men treated for termites When asked about paying for damages, they said Mr*** would have to do that Numerous calls, requests to Mr*** have not been answered & we have not received any payment/settlement
