I am sorry that the customer does not understand the reasoning.Again I will iterate that it is a year old car or the repair work done on the car was not proper which caused the damage and not the car wash responsibility.But just in an effort to close the matter - all we can offer is some additional services - no cash offer.We are not in the business of fixing plastic mouldings.The customer can fix the moulding on his own and he can get $in car wash services on the same car or any other car.Customer needs to bring this email to redeem this offer.I hope customer accepts this and we moe on.ThanksManagement

We are terribly sorry for the confusion but the purchase of a car wash and gas at the same time ONLY gives a discount for gasoline NOT dieselThere are signs posted on all pumps and all cashiers are aware of this as well

*** is the person that brushes the tireshe scrubs the tires and then washed the hoodthe vehicle had no previous scratcheshe admitted to this and said he would testify to this. this is a leased vehicle and we make sure that there is no damage to it. we have been waiting for their insurance info to file a claim. I will take them to small claims court if this is not resolved.

After speaking with the attendants at our carwash they had advised us that they do not recall acknowledging scratching any vehicles with the brushes they use before entering the tunnel. These brushes are soft hog hair brushes that we use and we can assure you that they do not cause any scratches. We...

scrub the cars with water and delicate soap only before entering the tunnel. We washed over 100 vehicles the day the customer is stating the incident occurred and there were no other complaints filed with us. Given the months it has taken you to respond, it is obvious that you don't take your business and customer complaints seriously. The signs are there now, but were not up at the time of this reported incident. A proper response might have been: "We apologize for failing to adequately communicate our gas discount associated with a car wash purchase. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We have since posted signs more accurately describing gas price discounts associated with car wash purchases with the exclusion of diesel. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication and appreciate your feedback."

remaining water to dry the car off.We have clear signs posted whereby we do are not liable for any Loose or damaged mouldings or plastics on the xterior of the car while it is undergoing the car wash process.In the described situation, whether it is due to the age of the car or not good quality repair work that might have been done on the car, the said moulding came off the car during the car wash process.  When we tried to even put it back - we could not as the clips were either broken or not proper kind.  Since the moulding came off during the process it got scratched.Unfortunately, we are not responsible for such damage and will not be able to compensate the customer for such damage.In case the customer is not satisfied and they want their car wash money back, we can do that.In case, customer wants to get the moulding fixed by proper body shop and come back for another car wash, we will happily wash their car for free.Hope this satisfies the customer.ThanksManagement

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ms. [redacted] came for her car wash around 3:15pm on Sunday 9/22/13. She left and later called to complain about her window tint scratch. She did not like what manager on duty explained to her so she asked that somebody else give her a call on Monday 9/23/13 after 2 pm since she will not be available till that time. Manager on duty on Sunday has a day off today so, not able to get a first hand description of what happened. Got a download from the cashier on duty. Talked to related employees, reviewed all the verbal and video evidence. I was waiting for after 2 pm to call her, but am very surprised that she filed a Revdex.com complaint already without even waiting for a call in less than 24 hours that too when the alleged incident happened on Sunday.

Based on all the evidence, we barely touched her passenger rear window. Ms. [redacted] also asked for a towel before she got into her car and did whatever she needed to clean and handed the towel back to the attendant and left. There is no way that we scratched her window tint.

Ms. [redacted] came for a car wash on 10/4/12 and got a free car wash since she had accumulated 10 car washes from 9/28/10 onwards. Then she visited on 8/28/13 and paid $15.99 and then yesterday she paid $20.99. Just for goodwill, we are willing to do the following:

Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] located on [redacted] and Telephone number [redacted] will replace her Rear Passenger side window tint for $25. Please mention that you are Prestige Car Wash customer. Please pay them, bring us the receipt and we will give you the next car wash free for $25.

I want to again remind Ms. [redacted] that we would have considered giving her free replacement on her window tint just as a courtesy even though it did not happen. But she decided to not even give us that chance and went straight to Revdex.com. Thus, we will give her an equivalent car wash free. We are sorry, but we value our service and please in the future provide a reasonable amount of time for any vendor to understand and respond to your complaint.

Review: 6/12/2015 at approximately 1327 hours I [redacted] purchased a clean and shine service for my 1995 Honda Accord EX at Prestige Car Wash Auto Detailing at [redacted]. When my car was finishing up with its clean and shine service I observed my drivers side rear side bumper trim had come off and was laying on the floor in the car wash machine tire tracks. I promptly notified the employee of the issue and asked for a manager of duty. I picked up my trim and it was damaged and scratched. I told the Manager [redacted] that their machine damaged my car. He told me there was nothing they could do. I told them this is not right on how you treat your customers and told me that my car was painted and the trim was bad. I did not ask him his expertise in body and paint. My problem was with the issue with my damaged car trim. He told me tough luck and again their was nothing for them to do. I asked for a business card and who the owner was and left with a unsatisfactory.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution would for the Owner/Company to pay for the repairs on my damaged trim.
