this customer is lying completely reason why I will never tell a customer that they will be no additional charge for a larger room it make no sense because sometimes a clean basement that are sqfeet you think I will tell them theirs no additional charge I will be out of business in no time when a customer calls and ask me what is the sqfootage per room I always tell them sqfeet or less per room always nothing changesshe never told me about the hallway put she told you she did she is lying and plus the hallway was not feet or less it was over feet long have her send you pictures it was that big have no reason to lieshe did call and explain to me that she could not read the receipt that was true but I explain to her that the family room was over the sqfootage and the hallway was never mentioned over the phoneif the customer did not agree with the price why she gave me a check right after I was done cleaning her carpets if she was that concern she should of ask me why this price not give me the check and complain days afterThe reason is she was surprise how good the carpets turn outshe also stated that her carpet was wet for days when she clearly told me hoursthe customer also stated when I was cleaning the carpet that she saw the difference were I clean and were I did not clean this customer is truly lying I have no reason to lie even when she said it was wet for days and called me couple days later never mentioned that the carpet is still wetjust told me that the carpet took hour to dry and the priceI will be back to green bay on march and prestige will reopen on march plus I have my brother in-law just started answering the phone so he could book appointments for march after I come back I will refund what I promise to the customer is that a couple days later after she called MY AUNT DIED OF CANCER AND I LEFT TO PUERTO RICO AND HAD TO CLOSE DOWN PRESTIGE right know my brother in law is helping me with the phone but other wise is only me answering the phone and doing the jobs tell her so sorry for the inconvenience but as soon that I come back I will refund her the like I promise not because I overcharge her because it took hour for the carpet to dry I f you have any question or concern please call me @ [redacted] THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS

I was recommended by my mom to use prestige carpet cleaning to clean my carpet wow I was very impress they did a wonderful job on my carpet I have use other carpet cleaners before and nobody left the carpet so clean like prestige didI will recommend prestige to people that I know plus their prices are very affordable

Again, I am choosing to reject their response I do not agree with what they are saying about the conversation that was had between both parties The gentleman that is responding to this is not the same person who came to my home I never once spoke to the person cleaning the carpets until home was completely done I do not like being called a LIAR! I am not lying in regards to the time it took carpet to dry I find it sad that they offered me a refund of $back in December and here I am still waiting for the refund months later I do not find them to be very trustworthy and that is the main reason I am asking for a full refund If they would have called and informed me of the issue and that I can expect my refund at a different time that would have been much more respectful then being ignored and basically misinformed I also was not told of the refund once but twice and still have no refund The business was still up and running weeks after the initial refund was to be sent and still have nothingI just don't appreciate all the dishonesty from this company! Once a refund is received I will be more willing to close the claim But since I was told a refund will be sent twice now and still have not received I will not believe what I am being toldI feel that since they have not been able to get me the refund they promised me months ago that I am now due a full refund! This has been a incident that could have been avoided had they just did what they said they were going to do! Follow through I also did not create an issue with payment at the time of paying due to them being here for a bit longer then expected and I was working I was not ready to create a scene in front of the children that I was caring for I thought I would wait to see how things turned out and go from there Since I was not happy with the dry time that was another reason to make contact with the company after the holiday was over

IM WRITTING TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WHEN SHE CALLED SHE TOLD US THAT SHE WANTED A FAMILY ROOM, LIVING ROOM , 3 BEDROOMS AND WHEN WE ARRIVED THE...

FAMILY ROOM WAS OVER THE SQ FOOTAGE AND A 12 FOOT HALLWAY THAT SHE NEVER MENTION OVER THE PHONE THATS WAY IT WAS 119.95 PLUS TAX THAT EQUALS TO 126.55 NOT 99.95 PLUS TAX THAT EQUAL TO 105.45 WE EXPLAIN TO HER WHY IT WAS MORE PLUS WE GAVE HER A RECEIPT EXPLAINING WHAT WE CLEAN . ALSO SHE REQUESTED A ROTOVAC. EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER THAT WITH A ROTOVAC MIGHT TAKE LONGER TO DRY. SHE CALLED A COUPLE DAYS LATER AND SAID THAT THE CARPET TOOK 24 HOURS TO DRY SHE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT I TOLD HER THAT SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE TRIED OUR BEST TO LEAVE IT AS DRY AS POSIBLE. I ASK HER HOW DID THE CARPET TURN OUT AND SHE SAID GREAT THE ONLY THING WAS IT TOOK 24 HOURS TO DRY AND SAID OK WHAT WE GOING TO DO IS REFUND YOU 42.20 FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. A COUPLE DAYS LATER MY AUNT DIED  OF CANCER AND I LEFT TO PUERTO RICO AND HAD TO CLOSE DOWN PRESTIGE THAT WHY I HAVENT ANSWER MY PHONE BECAUSE IS ONLY ME THAT ANSWER THE PHONE AND DOES THE JOBS AND TO BE HONEST I TRULY FORGOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER TRULY SORRY ABOUT THAT DID NOT MEAN TO DO IT. IM STILL IN PUERTO RICO TAKING CARE MY GRANDMOTHER I WILL BE HERE UNTIL AND PRESTIGE WILL REOPEN ON AS SOON I GET TO GREEN BAY I WILL SEND HER THE PAYMENT OF 42.20 IF ANY QUESTION PLEASE CALL ME AT *** THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS

I had my carpet clean on 4/5/15 by prestige carpet cleaning they did and excellent job on my carpet I will recommend prestige to my friends and family thank you prestige for the great service

When placing the call to the company they never asked for the square footage. I asked if there was an additional charge for larger rooms. They stated no and that they only charge per room. I also did tell them about the hallway and was told that if smaller then 5 foot in length that that would be included. Which mine was. When I did call a few days later, I explained that I was not able to read my receipt And that I didn't agree with what I paid. I also stated that my carpets were still wet 3 days later. Not 24 hours. They told me it would be dry by the next morning. Unfortunately there have been way too may lies told by this company and I do not agree with what I am being accused of. I also was not told that with roto-vac that dry time is longer. We had the Holiday at our house the next day. Never would have done if that would have been expressed to us. I also said that I am unable to say how it looks dup to not being able to walk on most of the carpets yet. I do not agree with the response that they have given. I also called and spoke to another gentleman from the company who was sending me the refund 2 weeks later. Just too much that is very inconsistent.
