a blacklight to show the pet stains that have been in her carpet for years!I explained to her that the odor would most likely be an issue getting the carpet wet & stains are likely to be permanent being they haven't done anything about it in years! I could add a germicide treatment to the solution & it would be extra cost, problems with pet stains are not quoted over the phone simply the phone rep. can't possibly determine how bad the areas are or the cost of germicide cause its determined by how much sq.footage. you have. she didn't have to pay for germicide or have it applied I gave her that option & gave her the cost for 3 applications @ $34.95 per app would be $105.00 but if she went ahead & did the germicide which it did need cause there is pet stains all over her area I would discount & only charge for 2 which is $70.00 she gave me the ok to go ahead & add it at $70.00 she did agree & I do have witness , also she added a area rug in at cost of $30.00 she wanted to clean, I cleaned that & hung it outside, I gave her the cost of cleaning & to add the germicide for urine before I even started cleaning the carpets or the area rug & adding germicide, I didn't force myself to stay there at all I just asked her to pay me for the work that I did & my helper, she said she put the check in the mail I simply said I don't do business like that I like to get paid when I surrender my labor & the work is done,theres no law that states you have to write check into a business, I do & will report all income made for my taxes , I shouldn't have to explain. If anyone was getting rude it was the customer cause there carpets are in really bad condition , if anything the best way to take care of there issue on Lamar is to replace the carpets! I talked to her grand daughter & offered to give a refund of $50.00, she never called back...

I heard about Prestige from a relative and decided to try out their service after years of satisfactory work by Stanley Steemer. Wayne, owner and operator, came out and gave our carpets the best cleaning they have had in years. I chose to get the carpet protectant put on the carpet, as well, and I have noticed that the carpet is more resilient. I will continue to use Prestige.

I have used many of the big name carpet cleaners in the past and they were in and out in 30 minutes. [redacted] is here for at least 2 - 3 hours and does an outstanding job---the carpets always look like they are brand new!!

Just purchased a new home (to me), and contacted Prestige to clean the carpets, they did a fantastic job, carpets were significantly cleaner. One of the positives for me other than the clean carpets was they offered additional services and explained them to me but did not pressure me to buy them! Will use Prestige again!
