Response:I called the customer a day before delivery and told him when ill be delivering the car, and he agreedI also texted him between what time ill be there , I also texted him when I was a few hours away and he agreed, also I texted him half an hour before I got there and he said okI got
there at 7:pm and I told him ill be there between 7pm - 8pmI have all the text messages to prove all this, he was aware I was coming a day before and he said it was ok to come deliver the vehicleWhen I got there I waited for an hour and a half, after calling him multiple times that I have other customer waiting and I cant wait any longer, I told him if hes not there in the next half an hour ill take the car to storageAnd thats what I did, because of him it got late and my other customer didnt want to take the car and I had to spend the night in El Paso TX, when I was going to keep driving towards Houston.Sent on: 4/26/5:23:PMSent by:

I am rejecting this response because: the driver is very dishonest and rudeI have a receipt from my broker saying my car was supposed to be delivered on Friday not Wednesday nightI tried to accommodate and work with the drivers schedule but it ended up costing me way more just because the driver decided to change scheduleI also have text messages to prove it as well as the driver calling me a "broke as" this company will also face a lawsuit from me as wellEverything this company said is falseThe even told the storage company to hold my car till Friday that customer will pick up on Friday which was my original pick up dateBut driver refused to release the location of storage even after I deposited the money to their chase account until Saturday and I was being charged lots of storage fee to a total of $and I had to pay that to the storage company before car was releasedCompany is a fraud and that is why the decided to still go ahead and mail the check to the broker after he said he doesn't want the money just so the can maybe have him to change his story but I have all my proof here and I am also currently working on a lawsuit with this companyThe ARE DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT!!!!!

The extra charge of $105 that the customer deposited was for 2 hours of wasted time, and me unloading and loading his car twice, and taking it to another location, as well as I had to spend the night in El Paso because it got late, because he was not ready to receive his vehicle. The $75 broker fee that [redacted] From Master Pro said he doesn't want anymore because of the customer. Was supposed to go towards the $180 that was supposed to be the total that the customer was supposed to pay extra. But we did send the check to the broker for $75. So the customer only ended up paying $105 instead of the full amount which was $180, [redacted] from Master Pro being the broker can confirm that and tell you more about this customer. [redacted]'s # is [redacted]. We will not reimburse anything to the customer as this claim is false. The customer knew I was coming a day before and few hours before I got there, and I told him when I was about half an hour away. I have all the text messages to prove this since day one, when the car got picked up.Also when we got this load from Master Pro, the customer called us and asked if we can cancel with the broker and work directly with him so he doesn't have to pay the brokers fee. So from the get go the customer was being shady. If you have any question please let me know. Thank You!

Great company! Really know how to take care of their customers! Will only use Prestige Carrier Inc for all my car shipping needs!

STAY FAR AWAY!! I used Montway Auto Transport and they sourced the transport of my car to Prestige. Not only did they deliver the car 5 days late they also damaged my car. It was been impossible to work with them to get my car fixed. They are insured by a insurance company based out of London so their insurance company assigned a adjuster company in US to get in touch with Prestige, but they keep avoiding the adjusters calls and refuse to call back. I'm not going away and will be filling a case against them in small claims court and reporting them to US Department of Transportation. Save yourself the hassle and do not ship your car with Prestige!! Ask your broker as well if they use Prestige and avoid if you care for your car.
