The initial diagnostic provided by Prestige indicated a faulty #and #coilPrestige did not adhere to their own internal diagnostic and only fixed failing coil #Coil #was completely ignored and was not fixed / overlookedI was allowed to leave with my vehicle under pretenses and assumptions that my vehicle was fully operational
The term "fair" that is used by Prestige is completely open for interpretationhours to fix and replace a coil that only warrants hours worth of work? This is not deemed as a fair / reasonable price for these services
Again, attached is a YouTube video demonstrating the average person replacing coil #in less than minutes

Please note, the overall time would be considerably less, however this gentlemen was very diligent and thorough in his guidance, the overall time to complete the job was extended

This is what I would like to propose to bring some resolution to the topicI will personally bring my truck by and under the supervision of Mr*** and his Staff, change the #coil by myself in less than minutes or lessIf I can do so, Prestige will refund me the entire original amount I paid for services and kindly offer to compensate me for half of the tow bill I inherited in NebraskaIf I can't, I will admit defeat and this issue will be 100% resolved in my opinionI will go on about my day and I will close the case

Ms *** purchased an extended service contract as part of her auto purchaseMs *** signed several documents stating that she understood that she was purchasing an extended service contract
She has copies of the documents she signed and
also has been advised by of my managers why the contract could not be canceledIt is also stated on her contract

[redacted] has been in negotiations with Prestige on a new vehicle. He was working with our salesperson [redacted] and our General sales manager [redacted] worked the deal and has the final say at the dealership if a deal will work or not. That day [redacted] was quoted a Lease deal...

with the rebates that applied to leases and a cash deal with rebates that apply to cash / finance dealsWhen  [redacted] left Prestige after visiting with [redacted] and [redacted] he had the best deal that Prestige could do.On [redacted]'s day off 10/31/17 an Assistant manager made a mistake and used the wrong rebates (Lease Rebates) on a cash / finance deal when talking to [redacted] about the deal. He used LEASE ONLY rebates totaling  $8500.00, (a difference of $3250.00) when he quoted the new numbers to [redacted] instead of the cash / finance rebates.When [redacted] came back to Prestige to finalize the deal on 11/01/17 my manager on duty [redacted] caught the mistake, he then  called [redacted] to check the numbers. At that time [redacted] told [redacted] to apologize to [redacted] for the mistake and not to do the deal. No paperwork or contracts were signed by either party. And at that time [redacted] decided against the deal and left the dealership.Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep again apologizes for the mistake and inconvenience and will honor the original numbers worked with [redacted].
