Prestige Cleaners

On September 14th at 8 p.m. I was at a teller at a branch on Church Street & Innsbrook and filed a complaint or a claim with the regions corporate and they were not able to identify An over deposit of $100 as the ATM ate one of my deposits and showed a malfunction message on the screen. A week later I called the branch and I believe the name was Barbara the branch manager there, took the extra step to look at deposits or debits and credits and find that I was deserving of a $100 Credit in to my account. I'm grateful for people that takes that time to make sure things are done right and I believe she needs to be recognized by the public as well as by corporate for doing what is right.

I have spoken directly with the customer and we did take the wrinkles out of the curtains that she complained about. All is resolved.
