the additional damage your shop did to the vehicle? Im sorry but neither will I
refer you or have any positive reviews on your bad business practicesI do not
know who you are speaking to about the insurance but the reality is I do not
trust you or your businessYou guys kept on telling me it was fine that the
insurance would pay for the rental then deny it when I file a Revdex.com complaintI
wouldnt have kept a rental car for days knowing that the insurance wouldnt
payAnd when I called your partner to tally up my total to take my vehicle to
another shop all of a sudden you start pulling it apart? The complaint with Revdex.com
will continue until a reasonable resolution is achieved

This business is falsely advertising their Revdex.com accreditationThey say on their site they are over years Revdex.com accredited but based on the Revdex.com website the have only been since ** *** and his people held my vehicle there with no work done to it for almost daysWhen I got tired of them not doing any work I called to ask the to tally up my billThat same day an hour later I went by to pickup my vehicle and they were starting to take it apartThen they lied about the amount of time they worked on my vehicleTheir intake day was on jan and release was JanTheir work was sub standard and there was no reason to have to bring the vehicle back for repairs to them if they would have done the job properly the first timeThere were more scratches on the vehicle due to them not protecting the non damaged areas something a real repair shop would have doneIf they cannot accept reaponsibility for part of the rental due to their innability to properly conduct business I will forward this to small claims court.

3/6/14  **. [redacted], Just spoke to state farm they are not willing to pay any additional rental. When you picked  up your vehicle the amount you owed to the shop was $500.00 from a total of $695.43 estimate claim # 014102838. . Insurance had paid the shop $195.43. I  ask you to pay us only $200.00 instead of $500.00 because the vehicle repairs took longer because of shipping delays  and we had to repaint a scratch on the door which took a day longer, and that's what you did. You paid us $200.00 Cash. I gave you a discount of $300.00. Your out of pocket was $500.00 to cover your deductible again you only paid us $200.00 Total . We saved you a total of $300.00. 
The insurance paid for 14 days of car rental @$22.85 per day. Total $320.00 From 22 days total repair * 8 additional days remaining @ $22.85 per day =$182.00.  We saved you $300.00. That covers more than the remaining  8 days of car rental with a  remaining balance of $118.00. .
Attached is the cost of the parts we paid to repair the front damage ,Not adding labor.  We charged  $395.00 total  for this repair. we took a loss to  give you a discount . Please understand we honestly did this to make you a happy customer.  Thanks [redacted]

2/27/14. Unfortunately [redacted] is angry because  he cannot get reimbursement for his rental car expense. He needs to take it up with his Insurance company because we informed them of the parts delay. On numerous occasions I offered **. [redacted] a free rental car from our shop  because...

the part we ordered was delayed  in shipment because  of  bad weather.  He told me that  he doesn't want  our rental car. He just wanted his vehicle repairs completed. I informed him that there is nothing we can do except repair the damaged door with body filler. He insisted that he wanted a new door panel instead of repairing  the damage door with body filler .The part was  ordered and we were waiting for delivery. This part was only  located in Michigan  as per the  [redacted] dealer in Maryland.  He came to our shop and we showed him the tracking report which stated when the part was shipped and when  we may receive it. It also showed delays because of bad weather.  We showed him the tracking report on numerous occasions and he always left  with the understanding that it wasn't our fault. We needed that part to make alignment with the other damaged part of the vehicle.
 When we finally got the part we completed the repairs in 4 days the insurance estimate  stated it was a 7 day repair job.  I understood the whole accident repair was stressful for **. [redacted] so we discounted the front repair of almost $300.00 dollars  We completed the whole repair in 4 days  not seven days allotted by the insurance company. .We offered a free car rental from our shop which was turned down on several occasions, now **. [redacted] is not getting paid for his rental bill. I suggest he call the insurance company  and explain this and they can call us if the have further questions. I will call him to schedule the repair on the  hairline scratches  on the rt rocker panel as promised.  Hopefully I will have a car to let him use by next week.

The bottom line is you as a business of auto repairs know that the rental goes by the amount of days of the repai. I did not want filler in the dent it was you that said replace the skin on the door because it would not have no waves. You damaged the vehicle more than just doing the job right. When I called to pickup the vehicle and showed up an hour later you began to pull it apart. Your business is shady! You say on your site you have been 10yrs Revdex.com accredited, yet your accreditation has only been active since 2012. So evidently you are false advertising your company. And your supposed discount is because you inflated your estimate. I am not stupid and noticed this by comparing it to the other estimate made.

Review: On 08JAN14 I took my 2014 [redacted] Unlimited to Prestige Collision Auto Services LLC. When I spoke to **. [redacted] he did an estimate for two separate accidents I had. Previously I had used my insurance company's body shop for the original estimates on both claims. **. [redacted] informed me that they can just file a supplement and take care of the repairs for both claims and that he would do it today. He also informed me that I could bring the vehicle in on 09JAN14 and that it would take 7 days to repair. An estimated time of 17JAN14. On 09JAN14 I leave the vehicle at Prestige Collision Auto Services LLC for repairs. On 15JAN14 I call Prestige Collision Auto Services LLC to see if my vehicle is on schedule for repairs. **. [redacted] informs me that the insurance company has not approved the supplement and they have done nothing to the vehicle. I ask him why I wasn’t informed about this so I could call the insurance instead of my vehicle sitting there for 4 business days while I am paying out of pocket for a rental car. **. [redacted] then tells me that they will call him insurance company. As I get off the phone with **. [redacted] I call [redacted] about the supplement. They inform me there has been no supplement received. I call Prestige Collision Auto Services LLC and they inform me they just resent the supplement to the insurance and as soon as it’s approved they will begin the work. At the end of the day around 4pm **. [redacted] calls me informing me that the supplement has been approved and they would begin working on my vehicle and that it should be ready on 21JAN14. I extend the rental to 21JAN14. On 21JAN14 I call **. [redacted] to see at what time I should pickup my vehicle. He informs me that a part has not come in and they are not finished with the vehicle. He tells me they ordered it and it’s on the truck and they are expecting it to arrive on 22JAN14 by end of day. On 22JAN14 I visit the shop to see what has been done to my vehicle. The first claim for fixing the bumper and tow hook was completed. But the second one for the impact to the right side of the [redacted] had not been touched. None of the dents had been worked on and only the rear flare has been removed. He informs me that the door skin is still in Pittsburgh with no ETA and possibly could be received on 24JAN14 and the vehicle would not be finished until the following week. I selected this shop because of the good reviews but it is not turning into a nightmare.

On 23JAN13 I call Prestige Collision and ask the person that answered what is the total I owe them for the work done to the vehicle because I want to take it to another shop. He says the part is to be delivered today. Then gentleman tells me he will call [redacted] and get a total and call me back. So I decided to go immediately to pickup my vehicle before they begin to take it apart. When I arrive to the shop they had just begun taking my vehicle apart. I ask the gentleman why was my vehicle begun to be taken apart when I asked for a total to pull my vehicle out of their shop. He says the part is supposed to arrive today then he pulls up the UPS tracking and the part once again says delayed. I have an argument with him because they knew I wanted to take out the vehicle from their shop and then started pulling it apart immediately after I called. Note that the vehicle was not touched for almost 2 weeks other than replacing the bumper cover, tow hook and alignment. In the end the gentleman told me my vehicle would be ready on 28JAN14. I called Prestige on 28JUN14 at 1300 and [redacted] picked up I asked him about the Jeep. He said it was going into paint today and would be ready tomorrow on 29JAN14. I told him this was unsatisfactory and hanged up the phone.

On 29JAN14 I visit Prestige Collision to pickup my vehicle. [redacted] tells me that it was in paint and it was delayed once again because of the part being late. He takes me into the paint booth and lets me see the vehicle which has been painted and was curing. He told me that it would be ready on 30JAN14. I told him I would be there before 5 pm to pickup and left. On 30JAN14 [redacted] calls me telling me that they scratched the paint and that the vehicle would not be ready. I told him that was it and that I had an appointment to take the vehicle to get the alignment check in [redacted] at 11 am. He told me he would have it ready by lunch on 31JAN14.

On 31JAN14 I went to pickup my [redacted] at 11:30 am. They were detailing the vehicle. As they were cleaning it I checked the repairs and there was additional scratches done to the vehicle outside of the area where it was worked on. **. [redacted] said that I could bring it back and he would repair the vehicle. The product was supposed to be perfect at delivery not have to return to the shop for more work done to it. He wrote it up on the receipt and said he would call me when he could fit the [redacted] in for repair. It is 7FEB14 and still not received a call from him. They reported that the repairs to my vehicle were 7 days. But they had my vehicle for 23 days. Now the insurance only wants to refund me for the 7 days of work and not the entire 21 days of excuses that **. [redacted] made about the vehicle.Desired Settlement: They should refund me for the amount of 819.37 for the rental since they had my vehicle from 9JAN14 to 31JAN14 and lied to the insurance telling them they only had the vehicle for 7 days.
