control would not be effective. They also were not comfortable entering into the house in that condition and asked that the tenant be made to clean the house before they entered. I had no idea that the tenant was so displeased with the situation. I assumed that the tenant would simply install the air filter and that there was no issue. Clearly I misread the situation. I personally installed a high quality air filter Friday, 2/3/16. I will personally install all future air filters in this house until the rental contract is completed. [redacted]Property Owner
