I want to send this letter of thanks and appreciation for the Servpro team of Sunrise I was one of the many customers affected by hurricane Irma in Florida and Gustavo and his team went above and beyond to help me Gustavo came to my house and did a thorough assessment of the water damage and quoted a fair and reasonable price His team came to my house the next day and performed the work Keep in mind that the internet and power was down for Gustavo's team I will be a Servpro customer for life and will leave a positive review on the Revdex.com also Thanks! had a kitchen fire in March Toaster oven had flames inside I used fire exstinguisher to douse flamesCalled my insurance, *** Farm and they said Servpro would have to first come and look at the damages There were no damages Just a big mess to be cleaned up I was told this would be a free estmate
Since there was no damage as far as I was concerned only cleaning up the fire rdant was necessary The rep from ServPro said it would be days before they could start and another 3-days to clean everything Which meant I would have no kitchen use for a week This was not okay so I did all cleby myselfWhile ServPro was here she measured and I took pictures, that is all that was done by Servpro
So then I get a bill for $ I refuse to pay for a Free estimate I communicated this in writing to ServPro I then received a bogus contract that they say I signed The signature is definitely not mine
I feel this a scam and I feel it should b
I contacted Servpro to come in to scrub down one of my rental properties I did the walkthru with the sales rep, expressed I wanted the property scrubbed from top to bottom, inside and outside of appliances, remove smoke damage from the fireplace and remove the grease from the stove It never happened I complained, a rep came out the next day, asked me to give them a 2nd chance and it was once again a waste of time Very unprofessional and untrained employees as far as Im concerned
Missing or Stolen items by employees and then fraud billing to insurance company
My apartment was flooded on Feb 24, and my insurance agent referred this company to me to remove all of my belongings from my apartment and put in storage while my apartment was being dried out and renovatedLong story short they were supposed to move all of my belongings to my storage, located in McKinney Texas in which they did so and also took some of my items without my knowledge to Garland TexasBecause I was getting a house built I decided to leave the things in storage until I was able to move into my new home On 6/18/2016, Me and my Son and Husband removed my items from storage and as we were unpacking we noticed several items missing and my inch TV screen was not stored with care so the screen was ruinedOn Monday 6/20/2016, I called the company and explained to the operation manager that I was missing several items and I plan filing criminal charges and that my TV screen was stor

I had a fantastic experience with Servpro They came to my home and thoroughly explained everything to me Then they submitted their estimate to my insurance company and copied me as well The insurance company said it could take up to weeks for their approval! We could not wait with all the water damage we had from our kitchen into the basement We asked them to get started since the work had to be done and we figured we would pay if the insurance didn't We couldn't let the water and mold continue They came and did everything they said they would efficiently and affectively Since the staff had the day off for Veterans Day, I had project managers come and do the work themselves Fantastic job! Can't thank them enough!
