Prestige Dermatology

I was seen at this facility and was charged over $My insurance paid 100% of the claim but I can not get the facility to refund my money I was seen at Prestige Dermatology on 3/2/and charged over $for servicesI told them my insurance covers everything but when they checked it said I should be charged over $so I paid itThey said if insurance pays 100% of the claim that I will be refunded the money I paid outI heard from my insurance a week later that the claim was paid in full so I let the insurance department at Prestige know that I would like a refund once the payment was postedThey received the payment weeks after the services were rendered and I still have not gotten a refundI have spoken to the office manager every week and even spoke with the outside billing companyFinally, over a week ago they said the refund request was sent to the accountant and I should hopefully hear from them by 5/11/I never heard anythingIt is past the Patient Protection

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN THEIR,THE FIRST TIME I WAITED ALMOST MIN FROM MY APPOINTMENT TIME,THIS TIME IT WAS MIN I WAS THE FIRST ONE THEIR AT MY APP WAS AT I ASKED THE NURSE WHY WAS I WAITING SHE SAID THE DOC WILL BE RIGHT WITH U ,WELL I AM SORRY REALLY YOU ARE THAT IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PATIENTS CAN WAIT ESPECIALLY ,WHEN I WAS THE FIRST THEN SHE COMES IN LIKE SHE IS THE QUEEN SHE ALL OF THEM ACTED LIKE A ROBOT NOT FRIENDLEY AT ALL,DID NOT EVEN TELL ME WHAT THE SPOT ON MY HEAD WAS FROM,I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEIR AGAIN I AM A PERSON NOT A PIECE OF TRASH AND THAT IS HOW SHE TREATED ME! VERRY COLD PLACE AND I DO NOT MEAN TEMPERATURE WISE,THE ONLY FRIENDLEY ONE WAS THE RECEPTIONIST! MY MONEY IS AS GOOD AS ANYONE ELSES! A LITTLE PERSONALTY GOES A LONG WAY IN LIFE!
