customer dropped the suit off on November 3rd and picked it up on November 9th. The customer stated that her husband tried on the pants for a wedding that weekend, which was when he found the hole. She came back to the dry cleaners on December 19th, 39 days after she picked the pants up, claiming that it was our fault for the damage. This seemed unusual because other customers bring their clothes back immediately or at least call the cleaners if they think that there is an issue with their clothing, but she waited over a month to bring the problem up. I believe that the damage was done when the pants were in her possession and may be putting the fault on our dry cleaners.
