Customer called days last week while I was out of town I contacted him immediately upon returning I explained to customer that his job was out of warranty, but we would send someone over next business day to look at his problemUpon looking at problem, we found that his water issue had nothing to do with the work that we did, but his water was coming from where his sink had been mounted to granite counter that had been installed by another companyWe did not charge them for the service call even we were not at fault
