I am rejecting this response because: Joe had no intention of paying us back for fixing the carHe did not tell us anything about pricing checking the partsHis response to us after sending him the diagnostic report was clear after he wouldn't return our calls for business daysThis dealership knew that the car they were selling to us has numerous issues with it and they didn't disclose it to us when selling the car Regards, [redacted] ***

I have attached a copy of the third party inspectionThis vehicle passed with no known issuesYou also have a copy of a signed as is no warrantyPrestige Eurocars made a could faith effort to help the clientThe client decided to write bad reviews on social media in attempt to hurt Prestige EurcarsWe feel no restitution is due.Thank you

We are a small group of three and do drive all of our vehiclesWe all drove the vehicle in question and there were no known issues to usWe do not limit our customers on the length of time for test driving and they did indeed test drive twice, once on the first visit and again before
purchase.Concerning the pricing on the vehicle my salesman made a mistake on the initial quote and came to me right away, he thought we had the vehicle listed at $10,but it was listed at $11,I told him to honor the price he had told themHe came back later and said the customers offered $9,000, I told him we could not except anything less than $10,900.The customers did contact the sales person shortly after delivery of their vehicle and even on his day off, he responded as soon as he got their messageI know this because he contacted me of their complaint as wellWe did advise a diagnostic to source the problemAs soon as we were made aware a battery was needed, we asked that the vehicle be dropped off to take care of a replacementOnce the mechanical shop completed the replacement my salesman did a test drive and no lights were on at that timeWe replaced the battery as a good faith gesture to the customer at a cost of almost $200.I did receive the diagnostic paperwork and was trying to assess to determine what I could do to help, even though we sold the vehicle at cost and did the battery replacementI had asked the customer for a little time to price parts and labor on my end, as I do get a discount being a dealer and within business days the customers wrote multiple bad reviews against our company advising consumers to never purchase a car from us.Our cars are sold AS IS with no warranty and is disclosed to consumersWe do our best to help when these kinds of situations occurIn this case where the customer has set out tarnish our reputation I feel no reason to offer any restitution.Thank youGeneral Manager Joe F*

I am rejecting this response because: Obviously, the actual status of the vehicle was in anything but good conditionIf that was the case, you wouldn't have had to change the batteryThe fact is you sold us a vehicle in a broken conditionWe couldn't even drive the vehicle home from your dealershipThis you knowYou and your sales representative Chris told us to take the car to *** for them to inspect it and to let you know the results of the inspection so you can help fix the vehicleThen after that was done, we never heard from you againFor to days my husband and I called your office and left voicemails as well as ChrisNo response from youIn one of your earlier responses, you said you will provide me and the Revdex.com with your phone logs that proved that my husband and I didn't call your officeBut that never cameIn your response on Sep 23rd, you stated that you told us to give you some days to price parts and that you will get back to usThe issue is that you lied because apparently that wasn't the plan at allYou knew the car was in bad condition and you had no intention of helping us fix the car after you changed the battery, which you knew was not the problemYou knew that the problem with the car was not even the battery*** requested that the battery is changed even before they could diagnose the issueAll this information, you were made awareWhen you changed the battery, wasn't the car bought then? It was after you "supposedly priced the parts" that you changed your mind and decided to cut all communication because your knew how much we will have to pay to fix the vehicle we hadn't even driven home yetAnd you had no intention of helping us though you led us to believe you wouldThat to me is fraudulentmy husband and I work really hard for our money and we did not deserve to be treated this way by you and your dealershipI hope Revdex.com judges accordingly Regards, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Joe had no intention of paying us back for fixing the car. He did not tell us anything about pricing checking the parts. His response to us after sending him the diagnostic report was clear after he wouldn't return our calls for 4 business days. This dealership knew that the car they were selling to us has numerous issues with it and they didn't disclose it to us when selling the car.
