Review: on May **, I read the flyer about become exterminator in 30 days, and I call the phone number [redacted], I speak with [redacted] to bring resume, money 99 dollar and Driving license to[redacted] between 29st and 30st and if I am not pass the test, I don't have to pay for the rest. I meet [redacted] and explain me to become exterminator I have to pass the test and pay 499 for course, I said I don't have money that much I though I don't have to pay for this, and when I almost left, [redacted] said he can arrange payment plan for me every week for 100 after I work, that sound good. so I pay 100 dollar and [redacted] give me schedule for class on June ** at 10 am. I came there and see [redacted], ask me when I pay the rest? I said [redacted] give me payment plan. [redacted] back to the room to talk to someone there and back to me, said class cancel change to Saturday June ** at 1 pm. When my case worker call on June ** to figure it out. [redacted] make another statement that when the interview happened on May ** he there (the real is not [redacted] but another client). He make another story that I know I have to pay half of the cost. the truth is I will not give [redacted] money if I have to pay another dollar. [redacted] lied. He said in order to me to get the job I have to pay another 250 dollar and after I get the certificate I have to pay another 250.( What !! ).. He said because I am[redacted] that's why language barrier. I argue with [redacted] that time about payment plan, that I said I have to talk to my case manager first if I have to pay all, and [redacted] give me payment plan. And we can not speak to [redacted] always [redacted] pick up the phone. I can not take refund for my 100 dollar.Desired Settlement: I want my 100 dollar back.I want this company get investigation and stop they operation before another people get problem like me.
